ibis Jeddah City Center has always been one of my favorite choices whenever I visit Jeddah, and once again, the experience exceeded my expectations.

During our recent stay, we were kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to Adagio, which was a wonderful gesture that made our stay even more special and comfortable.

The accommodation was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, the parking is convenient, and the overall service offers outstanding value for money.

What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its wonderful team. The staff are consistently welcoming, respectful, professional, and genuinely caring.

A very special thank you to the gentleman at reception, whose name I believe was Ziyad or Zaid. Your kindness, professionalism, and thoughtful assistance made a lasting impression on us. I sincerely hope this appreciation reaches you.

It is this level of hospitality that keeps bringing me back.

Thank you to the entire ibis and Adagio team for another memorable experience.

Highly recommended — excellent hospitality, comfort, location, parking, and exceptional value for money.

Nothing at all. Everything was excellent, from the warm hospitality and generous upgrade to the cleanliness, comfort, location, and service. I have no complaints whatsoever.

بوفيه غني بطعم سيء
بالنسبة للنزيل القادم من الخارج ليس بالضرورة ان يكون معه مبدل لمأخذ الكهرباء فمن الافضل وجود مأخذ كهربائي في الغرفة يقبل اكثر من حالة او على الاقل يمكن طلبه او شراءه من الفندق
