Classic Inn

The front desk attendant was pushy and overbearing, kicked us out because we lit an incense that smelled like plastic and it set off the smoke alarm. Told us we wouldn’t receive a refund. I didn’t know how to react to that so I left.

Was surprised how clean and maintained this place was! The other half of our family stayed next door at the Best Western and paid 2x what we paid. Our room was nicer, cooler, and the property seemed to be updated more recently!

Convenient location. Disheveled room. Especially the bathroom - rusty and coming apart. But the air-conditioning was cool!

Shower in room did not work. Water was all over the floor after i had to take a bath. I left within a few hours of checking in. Wasn’t worth staying there. Staff wasn’t at front desk when checking in had to wait a few minutes which is ok but still alittle irritating.

i will stay at this hotel time and time again. it is very clean and staff is very attentive.

Dirty, smells dirty, I am so glad we had a blanket because we did not lift up the covers, outdated, owners look like they don't put in the effort to make it look nice or even presentable, torn curtains and shower curtain, walls are stained, we got this for family weekend at Texas State, yes it was cheap for this was too much. Definitely will not be staying here ever again and so not recommended.

Nice staff. Simple and easy

No coffee pots anywhere. No toilet paper holder. 2 pillows to a bed that was just a full size cot. Only saw a person at check in. No staff to be found. Ice maker with no ice buckets.

Very clean

You can tell they want things to seem or smell clean, however there is an overwhelming smell of bleach the minute you open the door.

A cart to transport my things to my room would have been nice. Considering the cost of the room ,I would expect one to be available.

Basic no frills motel. Fine if you're staying just for the night. I'd stay somewhere else if you plan on staying multiple nights. Everything in the room is old/out dated. Bed is very hard and hardly any amenities in the room.

TV remote did not work, turned TV on but other than that nothing, no instructions on how to get it to work

Hotel was in the remodeling process, there was a shortage of towels, no nightstands, there was a bug under the blanket. Not a good experience at all. Will not be staying there again.

The motel was in remodeling process. It only had two bath towels snd couldn’t provide more. There was a bedbug on the bed.

Renovations are being done, but they have a ways to go before I'd stay here again.
The inside of the microwave was rusty and disgusting. The room smelled odd. Painting had been done to cover holes in the walls but didn't match. Ceiling tiles were missing in the hallway.
The room was clean, but definitely the bare minimum.

The remodeling is looking well on the outside but horrible on the inside. They shouldn’t have made our room available, it was a fire hazard with wiring hanging out on the ceiling, and the wall, only 2 outlets worked, door had huge gaps to wear getting in would be easy, nothing in the room but 2 beds with cigarette burns and the tv. Dresser was adequate but no coffee, no microwave, no fridge no room phone.

nobody should have to sleep in a bed like that
