Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück war ausgewogen, unser Familienzimmer war sauber, die einzige Kritik ist das kleine Renovierungen gemacht werden müssen... Dankeee für die Gastfreundlichkeit...

موظفين الاستقال لديهم الخبره لدالكافيه للتعامل مع الزبائن

Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul
Pros:

Spent three nights at this hotel on a recent trip to Istanbul—lovely and friendly staff, great location and was well looked after.

Some great local restaurants are just meters away from the hotel. Going up to Taksim is easy jump in a cab. For the old city simply walk to Aksaray and jump on the tram.

Es war wirklich die reinste Katastrophe, das gebuchte Zimmer nicht erhalten , mehrmals von Zimmer zu Zimmer versetzt unfreundliches Personal . Zudem sind im ganzen Hotel Baustellen es ist alles dreckig , ach bitte gebt ein paar Euro mehr aus und sucht euch ein anständiges Hotel außer der Lage gab es ernsthaft nichts positives bloß die FINGER WEG !!!!

İnanılmaz derecede pis bir odada konaklamak zorunda kaldık,gün içinde 2-3 kere temizlenmesini talep ettik her seferinde temizlikçleri yönlendiriyoruz dediler fakat temizliğe gelen olmadı.Kahvaltıda aşırı kötüydü 2.gün kahvaltı yapamadık ilk gün bulaşıkları müşteriler yıkıyordu o derece vahim durum ….Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

J'ai passé une semaine agréable, j'ai aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel dans le quartier Fatih que j'apprécie énormément, le personnel était aimable, la chambre que l'on m'a attribué était très bien avec un balcon donnant sur un beau panorama. J'espère y revenir.

Pros:

Hotellet såg väldigt bra ut på bilder. När vi kom fram till hotellet så såg nästan allting annorlunda ut än vad bilderna visade. Vi fick byta rummet två gånger för att känna oss lite nöjda. Det enda positiva med hotellet är att den ligger bra till i Istanbul, där man kan ta buss precis utanför hotellet. Rummen var ganska små, sängen var ganska liten för och vara för två personer. Vi fick exempelvis hår i maten när vi åt frukost, vi sa till personalen men ingen brydde sig riktigt. Under hela vistelsen så luktade det rök överallt, till och med rummet (om man vill öppna fönstret) Har man astma osv då är det ganska svårt att vänja sig med detta!
