Groovy and clean property. Noiseless and quit

A wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms featuring comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms.
On the rooftop, there’s a restaurant with an outstanding view and a signature menu. Every dish is exclusive and incredibly delicious.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast at sunrise on the top floor was especially wonderful.

Top-notch. This was one of the best hotels I stayed in the last thirty years. Perfect for a tired jet-lagged traveler or for a weekend get-away. Be sure to try their restaurant.

Photos of the gym are outdated. It’s now a bunker. Hotel was not sympathetic to my request for partial refund. Didn’t really care. The overall vibe of the hotel is drab and the tiny room has a depressing view onto a tiny courtyard. I would not recommend.

The hotel staff and facility provide a professional service and location; nothing was too difficult and individuals were on hand to offer advise and assistance when requested.

I’ll definitely revisit the hotel in the future.

Excellent hotel, fantastic staff, great location

A beautiful hotel near a key metro station and a short walk from points of interest. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room service was excellent. It seemed the entire staff was English-speaking, and they were more than willing to help. I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a beautiful property, but the great people were what really made the difference.

in simple way:
1. I got food poisoned. Zero reaction of the hotel administration when I told them even a word "Sorry"
2. I extend my stay for 5 days, even I got confirmation to stay in same room, I surprised, they moved me to a room for disabled people which looks like hospital. But when I refuse it, they moved me to a normal room which were available at the beginning.
3. They claim to have parking :) For a 15 stories hotel - 8 parking places and 2 of them are occupied by hotel, this mean 1 parking place for each 16 rooms.
4. No destinations !!
5. Many thanks to staff especially to Mr. Andrey which forced me to move to another hotel.. I'm really enjoing now my trip.

Other than their restaurant everything was great. As a single they would not seat me and when I tried to order room service from them they hung up on me. Plenty of good places to eat close by though.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cityhotel. The hotel is very well appointed, the reception staff are friendly and helpful and speak good English and it is conveniently located with good access to public transport.

We booked one of the rooms with a separate sitting area which was well worth it. There is a lovely cafe next door and we often bought a cake in the evening to eat in the room. Given we didn’t get breakfast with the room rate we also went to this cafe for breakfast and we would highly recommend it.

The only two comments we would have are the window seals were not great and there is quite a bit of nose from the road at the front of the hotel. Also we were offered a ‘spa treatment’ as part of our room rate but when we asked reception we were told this was just ‘use of the sauna for an hour’. This is the first time I have ever heard of a sauna being described as a ‘spa treatment’.

We’d definitely stay here next time we visit Kiev. Kiev is a lovely city to spend anywhere up to a week. There is plenty to do inside and outside of the city.

The rooms with the separate beds get small blankets and you have to use the bedspread so that you do not get cold at night .. The shower is really poor and barely water comes out under pressure and there is no shower door and it is very cold. Landscape of buildings under construction not as I thought not recommended Location with lots of traffic jams and lack of parking ..

This hotel is superb, one of the best in Kiev I would say.

Prices are so high. But hygiene is not good. Hotels location is the best. Breakfast variation is so less. Staff are very slow.

Very good location, professional staff, clean rooms. Bed mattress too soft, hurt my back.
