Falsche Zimmer bekommen.Gebucht war Zimmer mit Balkon für bis zu drei Personen, bekommen Zimmer one Balkon und für maximal 2 Personen.Ergerlich.

Személyzet segítőkész
Ár érték arányban nem éri meg ugyan ezért a pénzért klasszisokal jobb szálláson voltunk előtte valo napokban.

Pros:

The interior takes you back to the 90's. This building is in desperate need of renovation. Shower was broken, water pressure was non existent. Water temperature was changing on its own, so any setting might be hot or cold. Long walking ways trough the ugly run down building. At least it was relatively clean. Parking garage was great

Globalement le séjour s'est bien passé: hôtel pratique avec vaste parking gratuit, excellent buffet au petit-déjeuner. Cependant il faut être conscient que l'hôtel est assez loin du centre-ville de Koper. Par ailleurs les points suivants devront être améliorés:
1. Accueil à la réception= aimable sans plus.
2. Attaches extérieures des volets qui menacent de tomber.
3. Colonne dans la douche = branlante

Hotel carino, piscine perfette per i bambini con accesso illimitato anche il giorno del check out, colazione abbondante. La camera denominata superior è simile a quella standard ma ha il balcone vista mare Le foto caricate invece corrispondono alla suite ( abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni alla reception perché non c'era corrispondenza)

Freundliches Personal. Zimmer ok, leider wenig gepflegt. Badezimmer alt und unrenoviert. Kein Internet auf den Zimmern. Hallenbad sehr gut.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ok und sauber, aber veraltet. Wir haben Superior-Zimmer gebucht, aber Standart-Doppelzimmer bekommen, mit der Begründung, dass das ein Superior-Zimmer ist. Das finden wir unfair, da wir mehr bezahlt haben. Leider schon ausgepackt und hatten keine Lust zu reklamieren.
Gute Gegend und gutes Essen.
