This place I would love to stay again space in the room was nice .Very clean as u walk in and the people were pleasant.

Profiled and scammed out of money

They really didnt want us there. The check in guy tried to tell me I couldnt check in because someone said we were throwing a party which was false. He said someone came in an hour before I arrived and told him that. I had no idea what he was talking about and he didnt even try to listen to me. I felt racially profiled and the entire trip was so uncomfortable. We only got the rooms because my husband gave his card for additional incidental hold. Went to the pool and in the 30 minutes we were there 3 employees came into the pool area and just stood there. One employee stuck her hand in the pool and just stood there watching us! I didnt understand why they were all in there....only my party was in the pool room. We felt we were being watched so we went to our rooms and called it a night. I personally went through the rooms to ensure everything was perfect and we werent the rowdy crowd they assumed we were, only to leave and get hit with a $120 charge because they stated blood was on the duvee which i didnt see when I checked the rooms. This was horrible and the staff ruined my trip!!! This was for my 65 year old mother and her fiance, we pretty much had to hide and not be seen and thats not what I paid 450 for

Definitely worth the money and would stay here again if our travels bring us to this location.
Pros:

The facility was clean and conveniently located for our purpose. The manager's reception that evening was totally unexpected and a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent and the woman working that area was outstanding, so much so that we complemented her on her attentiveness.

Cons:

There was no one at the front desk when we were checking in around 3pm. Waited about 5 minutes.

Mediocre hotel for a new establishment.

For a new establishment there was water damage on the ceiling in the pool area. Pool could have been warmer to accommodate changing seasons.

Pros:

The staff was very accommodating. We had 3 rooms for our family visit and Angela moved us to 2 adjoining rooms with one across the hall on the first floor which was perfect for our group! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!! Loved the olympic size pool!!
