Good hotel with good value of money
Pros:

Nice hotel and nice design close to kyoto station

Cons:

Very far from all kyoto’s attractions also very early check out if you book through booking 11 am

They want to charge us for only extra hour

Great stay for your money!
Pros:

Upgraded/new. Spacious room.

Cons:

Only hotel I been too whee the toilet seat or bidet water was not warm. Not very soundproof, could hear noise from cleaning crew in the hallway.

Generally a lovely stay with fantastic breakfast . Well worth adding Brekky in .
Pros:

Location was pretty good . Not to far from station or shopping centres . Buffet breakfast was amazing . Also had some nice lounging areas to just chill and could charge phones .

Cons:

When going to buffet breakfast it was a little tricky to get seating as they were busy . Family of 4 and had to sit seperate sometimes. Would be good to have an iron in the room .

A perfect home-base while in Kyoto.
Pros:

We could walk to Kyoto Station in less than 10 minutes. We had a lot of day trips planned to different areas so being so close to the station was ideal. Staff was super helpful and breakfast was great!

Great value for money, close to everything and great breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Super close to everything. We booked 2 rooms and they put us next to each other. The staff were amazing. I will definitely be back.
