Very central hotel close to the main train station
Pros:

Just a short walk from the main station, this hotel was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were all very helpful, would thoroughly recommend

Loved every second in the Mercure.
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel.
The location was only about 8 mins walk to the station. Very easy and safe.
The room was large and very comfortable. Plenty of space for bags and a great view from our large window.
The complimentary afternoon tea/ snacks and drinks were amazing. We sat for hours relaxing in the afternoon after our busy days. In hindsight we could have stayed there longer and travelled up to Osaka for a day trip or two as our room in Osaka was not comparable to the Mercure...
Thebathroom was beautiful and clean.
The staff were fabulous and happy to help with directions. We had many interactions with a Filipino lady on the desk and she was lovely.
We cannot fault anything about this hotel.

Sehr ordentliches modernes und umfangreiches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Gute Lage 10 Minuten von der Main Station entfernt. Unglaublich für den geringen Preis. Sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück. Würde definitiv wieder kommen!

Cons:

Die Lüftung im Bad läuft dauerhaft und man kann das Fenster nicht öffnen.
