Pros:

La habitación muy amplia y actual, bonita y cama muy cómoda. Y el baño , mucho más moderno que todos los que había visto en Japón en 1 días de viaje.
Desayuno muy bueno con variedad suficiente de opciones occidentales

Cons:

Poca luz en el baño para poder maquillarse una mujer y vendría bien un espejo de aumento, muy habitual en este tipo de hoteles

Sleek and modern hotel offering everything you need.
Pros:

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. It caters very well to Westerners but still had a bit of a Japanese influence with the decor. The room was clean, comfortable and very modern. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was particularly impressed with the restaurant because the presentation of food, service from staff and overall vibe was much more sophisticated than expected. Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and was very impressed with my experience for the price. At the end of long days walking and sightseeing I found myself looking forward to retreating to this hotel for some comfort. If I ever return to Kyoto I will be staying here.

Cons:

The only thing I can think of that would have made my stay better is if there was some cows milk to accompany the teas and coffees in the room.

Очень хороший отель, но другого от этой сети и не ожидаешь.
Прекрасное расположение - вокзал очень близко, это удобно, если приезжаешь на поезде и потом путешествуешь по соседним городам.
Прекрасные и очень разнообразные завтраки.
Очень интересный дизайн отеля.
Все чисто и красиво.

Cons:

Комментарий не о самом отеле, а о ресторане: вечером была живая очередь и почему-то персонал ресторана странно ею управял, пропуская гостей, которые пришли позже нас и тоже были без брони. И было слишком много суеты от персонала ресторана, что не способствовало расслаблению после насыщенного экскурсиями дня.

Pros:

El desayuno es de muy buena calidad. La oferta del restaurante también es buena. El hotel tiene un buen olor todo el tiempo y una linda decoración

Cons:

A veces el espacio de desayuno podía llenarse bastante. Lo advertían antes, pero igual sí había que hacer fila y esperar.
