Pros:

For a three ⭐️ hotel, id say that it lived up to my expectations. The hotel is very clean and smells good, the staff are very courteous and the facilities are good. The place is truly peaceful and relaxing. When we requested for a cleaning service and iron, they immediately provided. The pool is clean and family friendly. We enjoyed it. They also have a playpen. The breakfast menu has a wide range of selections with authentic korean food. I don’t understand why some gave it a very poor review. I highly recommend it.

Would go back for the pool and sauna.

My family enjoyed especially our son.
Pros:

A little korea in Clark. Loved the heated pools and the staff are very efficient and accomodating. We love the toiletries

Over-all, my kids enjoyed it and they loved it. Definitely we will come back if time permits again.

Its a good stay but it can get better

The pool was awesome

Cons:

Aircon is not working well on twin bed room category.. especially mid day my children were uncomfortable. We requested to turn the jacuzzi but no one come to assist us.

Our stay is good! We enjoyed the pool and our room.
Pros:

I like the room its big enough for us and separate toilet and shower. Beddings are soft and comfortable to sleep.

Cons:

The staff were courteous and quickly process our check-in however after we call again through phone, they seem unaware of what we had requested like additional pax and they are not aware we had paid. So we followed up our request 3x
