Pros:

Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, very clean, comfy, calm and modern. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. Everybody was super nice and helpful. The apartment is well situated, 5 min walk from the station and the beach. I would most definitly come back again.

Pleasant and nice.
Pros:

Location, room, facility, cleanness

Cons:

No parking, the advised parking is walking distance about 10 mins, and parking a lot is small. On booking site parking address says 44 north road, waze took us to a complete different part of the town.

Our check in was at 3pm, we arrived 15 mins earlier, our room wasn’t ready until 30 mins later. However the receipt allowed us to check out an hour later, which is a plus.

Great hotel but no air con, unbearable
Pros:

Great location, great staff, lovely and clean with everything you would need

Cons:

It was so hot in the rooms, they all need air con. Even having the door open all night didn't help.

Perfekt👌🏼 det er anden gang vi er her, og vi kommer igen.
Pros:

Hotellejligheden er moderne, ren og har alt hvad man kunne ønske sig til et længere ophold. Beliggende er perfekt i forhold til stranden, basketbanen og spisesteder. Personalet er hjælpsomme og lydhør overfor vores ønsker.

Cons:

Vi overnattede i 6 dage, og der er ingen rengøring i den periode eller skift af håndklæder. Der er dog vaskemaskine i lejligheden, men ikke rengøringsmidler eller bare en kost. Der er ikke aircon, så med 30 grader var det meget varmt.

Pros:

The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and very clean. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.

Cons:

The room did not have air conditioning, only a fans.
During my stay, Brighton experienced unusually hot weather, and my room faced the afternoon sun.
The room became even hotter than the outdoor temperature and stayed extremely warm well into the evening. It was difficult to sleep at night, and it was also impossible to relax in the room during the afternoon because of the heat.

Overall, I really liked the hotel's location and facilities. However, I would not choose to stay here again during the summer unless the rooms are equipped air conditioning or external sunshades to reduce the heat from the afternoon sun.

Pros:

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Very central and convenient location near everything we needed but actually situated in a quiet and calm cul-de-sac for a good nights sleep too - the best of both worlds.

Pros:

Fast alles war sehr schön. Eine schöne Suite, ruhig aber mittendrin gelegen.

Cons:

Bei 32 Grad wünscht man sch im obersten Geschoss eine Klimaanlage, die nur kühlt, nicht alle 2 Minuten laut stöhnt. Man gewöhnt sich daran, aber die erste Nacht war schlaflos. Der freundliche Handwerker hat die Anlage gewartet – geändert hatte sich nichts.
