Great winter getaway
Pros:

Great breakfast, fun to have a hot chocolate bar during the winter months, friendly staff.

Cons:

Fee for parking was unexpected. I was disappointed that as a hotel guest I didn’t get free parking.

Pros:

The stuffs were friendly and willing to help. The location was closed to the Yellowstone. The also provide lunch and dinner.

There was too much chlorine in the jacuzzi pool that burnt my skin.

We will seek other accommodations on our next trip to Island Park.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The carpet in our room was stained as were the sheets. Everything shut down at 9 pm causing the other guests to hang out in the hallways (primarily outside of our room). And, due to the large gap at the bottom of our door we were subjected to every laugh and conversation until nearly 2am.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food and service from the bar was amazing and so was the breakfast. I left my watch there and when I called it was already at the front desk and they are holding it for me until I get back up there I will definitely stay here again

Pros:

The staff was extremely accommodating. Location is stunning! Great breakfast, restaurant, and drink/snack options for late nights. Unbelievable value during the off-season.

It was beautiful and clean!

Cons:

The charges for parking were outrageous. The hotel itself is already expensive then add parking. The check in was terrible and most of our group was checked in super late.

Beautiful location and very comfortable.
Pros:

The location cannot be beat. The hotel sits right next to the river which provides excellent scenic views any time of the day. The hotel is always clean and there is plenty of space to move around in. The lobby is huge, with plentiful, comfortable seating. The beds are always so comfortable, they make it difficult to get up in the morning.

absolutely loved our stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott! The hotel is beautifully decorated—modern, clean, and super welcoming from the moment you walk in. One of the biggest highlights was that we were able to bring our puppy with us, which made the stay even more special and stress-free. The swimming pool was really nice and relaxing, and the free breakfast was amazing—great variety and such a nice bonus to start the day. Overall, the atmosphere was comfortable, family- (and pet-!) friendly, and genuinely enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A little piece of heaven
Pros:

My favorite Marriott for a staycation. They have pool and other games in the spacious lobby that encourages more than just getting sucked into devices while on vacation. The outdoor hot tub is amazing after a long day of travel especially when there is snow outside. There’s a path leading to the river for polar plunges. There’s rooms are large and clean.

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! Beautiful room well appointed, with a separate area for work. Mini fridge and couch. We wish we could have taken this room with us to our next stop.

Excellent hotel!
Pros:

I travel all the time for work and spend fifty percent of my life in hotels. The experience I had in the Springhill suites was awesome! The hotel staff were so attentive and kind!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast that’s usually gross in hotels was actually good! Overall you can tell everyone cares about this facility. Very impressed and will be back!

Fantastic place to stay
Pros:

This location was great. Very clean, the room was very nice and I would definitely recommend this or go back again. It's very cozy and feels like luxury in the middle of no where.
