En general las instalaciones del Hotel, la limpieza, el personal, el restaurante.

Cons:

Que la habitación triple no está adaptada para tres adultos, debería haber una tercera cama y no un sofá cama incomodísimo o una cama supletoria. Si no es posible tener habitaciones triples no se debería ofertar.
Mi espalda no me agradeció en absoluto la estancia.

Me han realizado un bloqueo en cuenta de 400 euros extra después de haber cobrado las dos noches de estancia, ha pasado casi un mes y el saldo continúa bloqueado sin solución alguna por parte del hotel , muchas llamadas , correos , etc todo para no solucionar nada , me parece vergonzoso

Una experiencia buena.
Pros:

La limpieza,las sábanas,las toallas,la cama y el sofá de 10,el mejor de todos los hoteles en los que he estado con mucha diferencia.
Todo impoluto…
Escogimos la suite con opción a desayuno y la verdad que el desayuno fue lo peor,no lo recomiendo,para 50€ no está a la altura ni se acerca…
Si no fuera por el desayuno le daría un 10 sin duda.

Estadia péssima.
Pros:

O problema que tivemos com o estacionamento e com a forma como o recepcionista nos tratou determinou que a nossa estadia fosse péssima.

Cons:

Ao contrário do que é referido na descrição, a garagem é tão pequena que não permite o estacionamento dos veículos dos hóspedes. Mais, apenas existe um posto de carregamento elétrico disponível.
A forma arrogante e pouco educada do recepcionista agravou a situação já complicada, pois tínhamos um veículo elétrico e sem onde o poder carregar.
Para além de tudo, no dia seguinte detectámos o que parecia ser uma arranha na cama do quarto.

Pros:

Para nosotros fue una estancia perfecta. Las instalaciones nuevas y limpias. El personal amabilísimo. La ubicación era perfecta. El desayuno, espectacular

Bueno estaba bastante bien, valoro el recibimiento, y todo lo relacionado con el mini bar, es un gran detalle por parte del hotel

Pros:

Staff was extremely friendly. Front desk. Housekeeping and restaurant.

Cons:

Price for food. Parking charges made us park in the street parking garage extremely bad design. Flood cost was out of reality we decided not to eat what we really wanted. We’re not treated as Hilton honors were to be before Covid.
