Enttäuschend.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Ausstattung, im 70er Jahre Stil. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren jedoch eine Finte. Es gibt zwar welche, aber alles war belegt. Kein Kontakt im Vorfeld und bei der Ankunft hat es niemanden interessiert, wie wir mit dem Auto tun sollen. Sehr enttäuschend.

Cons:

Das Personal war wenig hilfsbereit und eigentlich unfreundlich. Nachdem wir versucht haben über die Parksäulen die Gebühren zu entrichten, hat irgendwas dann doch nicht geklappt, obwohl ich bei der Rezeption nochmal nachgefragt hab und sie meinten, dass alles passe. Wir haben eine Strafe bekommen und auch damit hat uns bei der Rezeption niemand weiterhelfen können. Ich habe mich zum ersten Mal wirklich schlecht aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt.

Die angrenzende Bar schließt um 22 Uhr. Man kann gegenüber in einem netten Lokal sitzen, die Kellner:innen sind entzückend. Als wir nach 23 Uhr bei der Hotelbar vorbei sind, waren aber noch immer eine kleine Gruppe eifrig mit Getränken am feiern. Manche sind gleich und andere gleicher.

Wir hatten einige Unterkünfte in Nordspanien (Bilbao, Gijón, Ribadesella, Bilbao Flughafen) und ich schreibe kaum ein negatives Feedback, aber von Hilton hätte ich mir mehr erwartet, als nur eine schöne Innenausstattung. Es war das enttäuschendste Hotelerlebnis, das ich je hatte. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist für mich einfach wichtig.

Cons:

Front office and the way they handled the payment. Payment in advance twice. Half payment of the stay during the week and half payment at checkout, being blocked one of my credit cards the day before, so couldn’t pay with that one…. Very bad response from their part.

It was very well positioned for your A Coruña stay, close to the seafront/Orzán Beach and within easy reach of the centre. That combination of beach + city suited the way you like to travel.

The boutique feel — despite being a Hilton, it didn’t feel like a generic large chain hotel. It had a more intimate, contemporary character, which is consistent with its 59-room boutique format.

Estuvimos dos noches y únicamente nos pusieron botella de agua de cortesía el primer día. El parking un poco estrecho y quizás caro para estar hospedados allí y lo que costó la estancia

Нормальная сетевая гостиница без какой-либо изюминки. Еда в гостиничном ресторане съедобная, обычная.
В округе большего ничего где можно вкусно поесть нету. Увеселительные и питейные места рядом отсутствуют. Завтрак ниже среднего. Бедновато.

Cons:

В гостинице есть подземный паркинг. Въезд в него и разворот автомашины только для профи! Архитектору нужно бы вбить в голову гвоздь за такое произведение или четвертовать.
