Ready upon our arrival. Clean, comfortable, affordable.

The villas were clean, comfortable, and affordable.

Cons:

The check in location and procedure were confusing. I didn't comprehend until I arrived that unit 11-A at Wolf Run had actually been converted into an office! I've stayed at Wolf Run condos in the past, hence my confusion!

We have stayed at Silverwoods previously. Quiet and serene area brings back memories of my childhood. Always enjoy Treasure lake and surrounding area.

Great value for the money. Beautiful location. Nice sized kitchen and lining room. Good sized bread rooms.

Cons:

Furniture and carpet were old and there was a slight musty smell. We needed to take allergy meds during our stay.

We never saw anyone on staff. There is only a 1 hour check-in window and if you miss it you have no contact with staff. The directions from the main building to the unit were hard to figure out at first.

Enjoyed our stay. Very quiet. Nice walks. Unit was spacious and well equipped. Main living room and kitchen updated. Second level bedrooms dated but clean and functional. Twin bed mattresses need to be replaced. Overall, positive experience and would book again

Unit was clean, but only a few updates. Furniture, beds OLD!
My main issue was that Treasure Lake waited until they had my payment to notify me that TREASURE LAKE WAS CLOSED! Of course they have loopholes around refunding anyone's money, even partially. Very underhanded and shady. I've gone there @ 12 years. I won't do it again!

Rented a townhouse

The location was beautiful

Cons:

We had a tornado warning and lost power not one phone call to check on us. The whole townhouse was electric including heat, went over 3 hrs without power. I called several times, answering service said power company working on it. Beds terribly uncomfortable and very outdated facility. Directions to townhouse vague at best, some road signs are missing. I would not return. I paid a good amount of money for poor accommodations. Also, had to clean up a large amount of broken glass in the parking area upon arrival. Again, not worth the money at all.

Nice place. Terrible directions to get there.
Pros:

The directions for after hours check in were really bad. It took us over an hour to find the property and that was after we had to talk to security about where yo get our keys. An address for the townhouse would be much better than the terrible map they gave us
