Pros:

Perfect place to relax and spent the holiday. Wish to be longer there, but will come back definitely. Staff was friendly, room was clean and we love the layout.

Tutta la struttura appare fatiscente, il parco non curato per niente, il ristorante degno di un 3* era finita persino la birra e al calice avevano solo 2 tipi di rosso no bianco. Armadio in camera con macchina caffè invaso da formiche

Funcionarios muito gentis, prestaveis, simpaticos e prontos para ajudar. Um grande obrigado por toda a atençao e disponibilidade dos funcionarios.

Pequeno almoço agradavel e com variedade de comida fresca.

Camas confortaveis e quartos espaçosos.

Cons:

Neste caso a localizaçao do hotel influencia bastante a avaliaçao do hotel. O hotel encontra-se supostamente junto a uma das praias mais bonitas da ilha mas infelizmente nao foi o caso e a água do mar estava um desastre... completamente castanha e de bandeira vermelha. Obvio que o hotel nao pode manipular o tempo mas o preço da estadia é elevada neste tipo de condiçoes. Seria sensato por exemplo o hotel advertir os clientes das condiçoes do mar. Ha mares que se podem nadar mesmo chovendo mas neste caso era impossivel. Pessoalmente, a estadia no periodo das chuvas (quase constante) nao é recomendavel a nao ser que os clientes pretendam ficar fechados nos quartos!

Sendo uma ilha remota e ainda com pouco turismo , visitar os arredores torna-se dificil. Os clientes devem estar sujeitos á disponibilidade de viatura/motorista do hotel e quando esta nao está disponivel tudo se complica. Taxis nessa zona e nessa época sao bastante limitados.

O ginásio é pequeno... quando chove torna-se complicado pois é muito solicitado!

Sugere-se colocar uns tapetes ou uns baldes com agua a entrada dos quartos para se poder tirar a areia dos pés.

A nice, relaxing stay with very friendly staff. Great beach. slightly strange vibe
Pros:

Lovely beachfront location which was very special. Friendly staff who tried hard to provide a good service. Our children also enjoyed the french toast at breakfast. It was a very relaxing location - clean, and very, very, very quiet (almost a little TOO quiet in some ways).

Cons:

Whilst quiet, and relaxing, the hotel had a very strange vibe - in that it seemed almost as though it was unfinished or part-closed. For example, the pool bar was closed and there were no staff around the pool area most of the time. Another example was that even though various pizzas were on the food menu, they didn't turn the pizza oven on until later which meant they couldn't be ordered for lunch - despite being on the lunch menu. Also, the facilities didn't quite match a 5 star resort -for example there were no toilets/changing near the pool which meant you had to go through the restaurant to use the toilets - not ideal if you'd just got out of the pool being wet.

De locatie en de kamers zijn erg goed. Heel vriendelijke personeel en in het bijzonder van het restaurant.

Cons:

In de lobby, tijdens het wachten voor een kamer, geen gelegenheid om te drinken.
