Cons:

Full refund please! Staff is rude as hell. I was trying to secure a place to live for me and my wife so Frank the guy that was going to let us stay and help him out in exchange for rent, my wife is registered nurse, blocked my number due to him calling the hotel and the staff told him we had been thrown out when we were not. And the manager blacklisted me from booking at any motel on their chain. Unimaginable!!

Cons:

Stains on the bed sheets. I had to actually take the sheets off before getting into bed. I didn't even bother to contact the hotel staff because it was late and I was extremely tired.

Highly recommend this place! I had a wonderful stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus because I could make my own breakfasts, and the large refrigerator easily fit all of my groceries. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and everything I needed. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Melbourne. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My son and I enjoyed our stay at the Extended Stay Hotel.
Pros:

Too early. They should at least have the coffee ☕️ service going till later. When you're on vacation you like to sleep in not wake up at 8 am to go grab your coffee and doughnut.

Cons:

Very comfortable. The first few nights my son and I were awakened all night from doors slamming. I talked to the manager and told her about an adjustment that could be made in the mechanism above the door that could help with the issue. Within a day or two the problem was solved.
