They have really good staff, keep everything clean and have good facilities within the property.
It’s pretty far from public transportation.
I only stayed there for one night so I can’t really highlight many things but in general it was a good experience. The hotel has a nice vibe, the staff is very friendly and they didn’t charge me the late check out fee because I misunderstood the check out hour.
A very big plus was the coffee shop next to the reception.
Location: perfect to disxover the city and still enjoy tranquility in the mornings and evenings!
Decor: really unique and artsy, cozy and large rooms
Sevices: staff was really present and helpful
Cofee plaxe: really wonderful products (one of the best matchas we enjoyed during our japanese trip)
Reception space: gets crowded often
Check-in/check-out: takes a bit too much time
But it’s only details
Nulla
The art and the location
Nothing
Surprisingly large room for a Japanese hotel.
The bathroom is also well planned and spacious.
Clean and well maintained.
The Skytree was walkable to and is visible directly from our room.
The third (for child) futon was thinner and softer than the other ones; I’d prefer it be stiffer.
After entering the room, it had that feeling of stale air, with a hint of mold. Nevertheless, it disappeared shortly after the air con was turned on.
The location is quiet but somewhat remote - around 15 minutes to the nearest metro, where guests need to go to find dining options as many restaurants around the hotel do not accommodate foreigners.
The area is great, this is basically the art gallery which includes hotel, a very brilliant idea! Rooms are comfortable and spacious, location is also great.

Would definitely stay here again! An excellent and quiet location near Asakusa, only 10 minutes to the nearest station so easy to get around the city on the trains. Very clean and the room was comparatively large, which worked well for our group of 4. The basement hang out area was very nice and had everything we needed for comfort. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we felt very welcome and relaxed here.
The drying machines were not the best.
Big rooms, big bathroom, nice staff, good coffee and breakfast, very good amenities and we liked that they are trying to be more organic, very good vibe overall :)
10 minutes walk from metro but that is not big deal.
