Cons:

Everything else was excellent. The only criticism I have concerns the communication before our arrival.
We had paid the full amount in advance through Booking.com. Unfortunately, after 26 hours of travel and the time difference, we miscalculated our arrival and ended up arriving on the morning after our first booked night. While we were in transit, we were unable to communicate with the hotel. During a stopover in Helsinki, however, we saw an email stating that our booking would be cancelled if we did not respond immediately.
This caused my family and me a great deal of unnecessary stress during an already exhausting journey. Given that our stay had already been fully paid for, I felt the tone of the message was unnecessarily threatening. We didnt manage to clear this before our flight to Tokyo and had to worry about this until we reached the hotel.
An apology or a more understanding response from the hotel would have been appreciated.

Location (not too busy, still close to the underground station).
The room was reasonably spacious.

Cons:

Breakfast. I can compare now as we traveled around Japan a bit. For this price, the breakfast is very basic. If somebody is staying for one night and doesn't need much it's ok, if planning to stay longer I'd probably recommend buying breakfast elsewhere.
The cost considering what is/. isn't included in it.
