Great location
Pros:

Location is really good! Walking distance from Tenjin station, and with great food around the area. The breakfast is decent with local food.

Cons:

The air vent in the bathroom wasnt effective. You can see mold in the sink, and on the bathroom door. Seems like daily cleaning was only for bathroom cleaning but never got the mold cleaned. Bed was also done once in mu four night stay.
