Pros:

Extremely spacious and modern looking room. Staff was very kind and helpful all the way through the stay. Would stay there every time I come to Tokyo (if budget allows… lol) and recommend to my best friends and family.

Cons:

Nothing. Gym however could have more equiments, but not a big problem guven they had good range of dumbells and bench.

Pros:

We loved our stay at this hotel. The one bedroom suite was perfect for our stay with a toddler. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast which we paid for at the Belcomo was great. The location is really wonderful, easy to walk to many areas and the nearest subway.

Cons:

We got a good deal, but it seems the regular price is quite high compared to hotels of a similar (or better) style and offering.

Pros:

Spacious room, very courteous and helpful staff and great amenities like a fully included mini bar! Having an in room washing machine and dryer was also really helpful.

Cons:

While a bit expensive, felt worth it for a family of three. One surprise was that the pool from the hotel description was not on site.

A really great hotel with wonderful staff in an excellent location
Pros:

Breakfast had good quality and variety. When I asked for greek yoghurt (which they did not have in the main breakfast area) the staff went to the other restaurant and obtained greek yoghurt for me on both days we had breakfast. Poached eggs were prepared perfectly. My wife's Acai Bowl was beautifully presented and there was complimentary champagne at breakfast. There was also a complimentary mini bar including alcoholic drinks throughout our stay. We did not abuse this. The location is great for getting to all the central areas of Tokyo. Shibuya, Roppongi, Omotesando, Asakusa. The staff were friendly and helpful and arranged to send our cases directly to Kyoto to our next hotel while we went to Mount Fuji for a few days. I wish we had stayed there a few more days! The atmosphere (Vybe!) at the hotel is very young and busy, particularly the Belcomo restaurant which seemed to be fully booked every night we were there. We had and enjoyable lunch there.

Cons:

The Room Service was a little limited. I don't want to complain because overall we thought the hotel was excellent, but there were very limited choices in Room Service according to the time of day. Understand that you cannot serve breakfast all day, but other items could have more flexibility. For example you could not order Tonkatsu ( a fairly standard Japanese dish) after 4pm I think? Also items like club sandwiches, burgers and pizzas (fairly staple in 5 star hotels) were missing from later services if by some bad luck you missed the opportunity to go to dinner because you arrive in Tokyo late or from a long flight and you have jet lag.
