I would definitely stay there again, this will become my home away from home
Pros:

The staff was amazing, very helpful with all our needs. The location of the hotel is very easy, in a very nice area of town with a lot of shops and attractions. Subway is a few meters away. The room was very very nice with everything to make your stay a wonderful one. We enjoyed the bufet and Japanese breakfast, both were the best ones in our trip.

Cons:

I can´t think of something that could have been better.

Hotel entry and handling of luggage is not good enough. Main entrance is unclear. Hard to communicate to pick up because of main entrance

Brilliant- I’d recommend highly and go back again in a flash
Pros:

Everything. The view from the room was exceptional. The staff were lovely. The mini bar was complimentary and the roof was so well designed. Both the room and the hotel was a great place to spend time in.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like. If I had to pick straws, id suggest some Velcro or similar to be used on side cushions on the sofa because they easily slide off when you lay / sit down on it… it had no negative effect on our stay

Wonderful
Pros:

Simply 10/10. One of my favourite hotels globally. Every detail is perfect.
Thank you also to the lovely staff!

Cons:

If there is anything to improve at all, the fridges in the room could be replaced with less noisier ones. But that's just a very minor thing. This hotel is one of the most wonderful places.

We loved our stay. It was central for where we wanted to visit. We love the area.
Pros:
