Overall, the stay was great, but the departure experience was very disappointing. Check-out was at 10:00. At 9:55 I was already packed and ready to leave, but I suddenly needed to use the restroom and was delayed briefly. At 10:05, as I was about to leave, a staff member pointed at the clock and rudely told me that check-out time had passed and began to scold me. I explained that I had sudden stomach pain and needed to use the toilet, but he harshly told me to “get out.”

I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but this staff member completely ruined my last day in Japan.

Un très bon séjour !
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et à l’écoute, prêt à aider si nécessaire. Tout était propre. Les serviettes, chaussons, brosses à dents et bouchons d’oreilles sont mis à disposition, ainsi que d’autres items à l’étage commun. Le quartier est très calme et dans l’hostel également ! La capsule est quand même grande je trouve, le lit est un peu dur mais on s’y habitue !

Cons:

Il convient peut être de louer un vélo parce que l’établissement est quand même un peu isolé, la gare la plus proche est à 8 min de marche mais les trains ne vont pas partout, il est souvent nécessaire d’aller à la gare d’Akihabara qui est à 15 min de marche (c’est pas la mer à boire mais faire ces trajets à pieds matin et soir pendant une semaine en plus de tout la marche quotidienne et du froid, un vélo c’est quand même bien plus agréable)!

良かったです。スタッフさんも親切に対応していただけたし、気持ち良く宿泊できました。不満で書いた部分は施設の方でなんとか出来る部分では無く、施設に不満は無かったのでドミトリーに抵抗無ければおすすめです。

スタッフの方が親切で、にこやかに対応してくださって嬉しかった。

トイレ、シャワー室が清潔に保たれていて、気分良く使用出来てとても助かりました。

共用スペースもゆっくり出来てよかった。

Cons:

食事出来る場所やコンビニが少しだけアクセスしにくかった。コンビニなどで買いたい物が有る時は先に買ってから行くと後は快適だと思います。
食事処もやってるかも含めて調べておくと良いと思います。近くに美味しい食事処もありました。

Un pied à terre pour quelques nuits
Pros:

L'emplacement ainsi que le matériel de toilette offert, la pièce commune est assez vaste et il y fait bon. Les réceptionniste sont très aimable et sûrs en terme de recommandation de magasins.

Cons:

Il y a peu de place pour cuisiner, les matelas sont vraiment fins. L'ascenseur ne va que jusqu'au 4ème étage (j'étais au 5ème),il n'y a pas d'espace de stockage des bagages mise à part les aller des chambres

睡覺的地方很乾淨，膠囊內的空間算大，但膠囊內的拍照拍到的鎖櫃是假的，是封死的不能打開，完全不能用，真的不要只看照片

整潔度都還行

Cons:

1.幾乎沒有什麼公共空間，沒有什麼可以在公共空間坐著吃飯休息的區域，膠囊內禁止飲食
2.上鋪的梯子空間很小非常難爬
3.膠囊隔板很薄，鄰近的膠囊如果有人翻身或整理東西，連很小聲的聲音都能很清楚聽見，這家應該算是我住過的膠囊中隔板厚度前幾差的
4.如果不幸遇到入住的人都有拖大的行李箱的話，因為公共空間非常小的關係幾乎沒辦法同時整理行李，這邊只適合背包客居住
