It was good.
Pros:

Good breakfast.

Cons:

I asked them to clean my room and replenish my towels on my 3rd or 4th day and they didn’t. I had to dry off from my shower with a dirty towel. That’s my only complaint.

It was OK but we are used to having coffee and tea and a microwave in our room.

Disappointing

It smelled like very strong perfume on the first floor, the fire alarm was going off for the first two hrs of our stay, there was no hot water on 2nd floor and multiple guests had the same issue. We had to switch rooms which was an inconvenience due to the missing tv cords. The bathroom door in the first room didn’t close. And we were not aware of any upfront fees for our small dog. It was only mentioned when we checked in and wasn’t an option when booking. Very disappointed for the $186.00 for one night stay as well as an additional $75.00 for my small dog. We will “NOT” be booking or staying at Tru In the future. And will not book through booking .com due to price discrepancies and additional unknown fees. Not to mention the hotel could use some maintenance.

Very good looking hotel. Definitely enjoyed the stay

Cons:

This is very nitpicky… but the bottom sheet kept coming of the mattress and it was annoying. That being said the will still definitely stay there again
