Rooms were nice, and staff was friendly.
Great value!
Breakfast was "ok." Pancakes were awesome, but the pancake maker took forever and only put out pancakes 2-3" in diameter - 2 at a time. If there are a few people in line...forget it.

The shower in our room was dirty, The pool was slimy and dirty, the breakfast selection was horrible and just overall not a good experience
The initial appearance on exterior and lobby was nice crisp and modern.
Room seemed small for (2) queen room compared to similar hotel we had stayed in night before.
Mattress were not comfortable at all.
Pillows were very poor quality.
Bed frame stuck out causing you to bump your shins while moving around.
Sink drain was slow.
Toilet rocked - didn’t leak thankfully but was not solid.
Very small amount of what appeared to be mold in corner of shower near door frame.
No coffee machines in rooms.
Breakfast was very basic and bland.
Mentioned these comments to front desk, but got no real response, just that all mattresses are the same and that housekeeping would check pillows.
Have also emailed “manager” with no timely response.

Computers were down so the check in was difficult and lengthy, no key cards could be obtained, I had to be let in my room by the staff. Because I couldn’t leave the room without finding someone to let me back in, I decided to go to bed early. I was awakened at 1130pm by a man banging on the door, telling me he was from the front desk and he had my key cards. 🤬
The hotel itself had good clean rooms and comfortable beds. Enjoyed the complimentary items in the bathroom like soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner
When we arrived they were not able to make us key cards or properly check us in or verify my booking. After more communication we were told our room number and told that staff would let us in. No key cards. No wifi. The staff were not polite. Then they called the room at night after we were already in bed to tell us to come get our key card and asking my card information. I asked if we could do this all in the morning and they told me I had to give them my debit card information right then. I WAS ASLEEP. Just overall not a great experience at this hotel. Also the pool was not swimmable... yes it was open but the water was freezing. I dont mean like oh its cold, I mean it was ice cold. Couldn't last more than 5 minutes and fingers and toes were turning blue/purple. We booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool and we didnt even get to utilize it. OH ALSO another thing. We were awoken again around midnight to loud stomping and loud people above us. This went on for over 15 mins. No I didnt report this because I was already fed up with the front desk staff. But I didnt enjoy my stay and was cranky because of lack of sleep too
Music from the pool kept us up all night and there was no hot water
Hotel employees were friendly. Hotel itself and room were both nice and clean. Had a very modern feel. Lots of seating in the lobby if you want to be somewhere other than your room. There were also two foosball tables in the lobby. They had a large selection of snacks you could pay for.
Hotel was quiet at night which was nice. The beds are just barely the size stated. We got a room with 2 queen beds, and our 2 teenage boys didn’t sleep together very comfortably at night. Room lacked the necessary amount of washcloths needed, even though we had reserved it for 4 people, we only got 2 washcloths. There is no closet, and the set up to hang up any clothing is kind of awkward. There wasn’t much to pick from at breakfast-bagels, make your own pancakes, cereal, and yogurt were all we saw. We ended up going somewhere else as there are restaurants close by.
I wouldn’t do an extended stay here. But if you’re looking for a cheaper, quiet, clean place to sleep, and don’t mind sleeping extra close to your travel companions, then you’d be fine.

We went to competition and came back no one had been in our room (4 hrs later). And was told that he forgot. Them someone came to the room and put take over the panel and said do not touch. That was it!!

The bigger kids diving in the pool and they parents not saying nothing my kids couldn’t get in the pool so disrespectful..
I liked the facility and staff. Everyone was nice and attentive. The room my family stayed in was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the pancakes and the cheese omelets.
The breakfast was okay. I would have preferred an alternative milk option, like almond milk, for the cereal or yogurt. I also would have liked for there to be cranberry juice. Also, my family had to take cold showers due to too many people in the building taking showers at the same time.
I really love staying at a Tru and it was conveniently located to my family.
