It was a frustrating and terrible experience
Cons:

The room was hot like 78-80 degrees when we checked in. We were told it would cool down because there was a motion sensor on the a/c. It never got below 78 degrees. The shower was not clean. We asked to be moved to another room. It was the same with the a/c and the shower was cracked completely across and dirty. The halls were extremely hot and we were told the a/c had not been working for a couple days they were supposed to be working on it. We were told that the a/c sensor was normal. So I went to Laquinta and asked to see there room and it was 72 degrees. I returned to Tru and asked for a refund because I went ahead and checked in at the Laquinta. They refused and gave me the run around. It was a terrible experience.

Overall a decent stay.
Pros:

Check in was very easy! Had decent amenities. Breakfast was great both days of our stay. Hotel staff was very friendly.

Cons:

A handful of spots in the room could have been cleaned a little better. There was brown stuff along the bottom of the shower door and there was a stain on one of the bed sheets.
