Mold and cramp
Pros:

We stay in a room meant for four people but they just laid four mats on the floor right next to each other. The futon mats were so thin and stained. The bathroom had a moldy smell and black mold on the door. We had to switch hotels to Keio two blocks away. Will never book this place again.
