We found it a bit inconvenient/odd that there no ramp and our luggage had to be manually hauled up the front flight of steps.

What impressed me the most during our stay was the exceptional friendliness, enthusiasm, and attentiveness of Ms. Jiyeon at the front desk who was always ready to listen and assist us. The bellman was also incredibly friendly and the entire staff was always happy to help. It really reminded me of that signature, warm hospitality you find across Southeast Asian countries.
It was very nice and worker Thang was very polite with us and took good care of us but there are less options of Indian and vegetarian food
