Pros:

Everything is as described. Our sea view room and the rooftop pool were fantastic. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great as well.

Vi havde et yderst behageligt ophold. Dejlig stor seng. Flot og rent værelse. Meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Velkomst drik, nem ind- og udtjekning. Høj service. Utrolig lækker morgenmadsbuffet med stort og varierende udvalg

Our room was very nice and the rooftop infinity pool was a cool treat. Tried the restaurant where the food was decent. Staff was very friendly and spoke more English than other hotels we stayed at.

Cons:

Cocktails were not the best and quite pricy at the rooftop bar. Breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Not much variety.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, das Zimmer war schön und sauber.

Cons:

Manche Mitarbeiter waren etwas planlos beim Frühstücksbuffet und mussten darauf hingewiesen werden, dass zb. die Kaffeemaschine leer ist oder Besteck fehlt. Hier hätte ich mir einen etwas besseren Service gewünscht.

Beautiful place with an excellent view
Pros:

The staff are very helpful, from assisting with carrying our luggage to recommending nice places in the city. I love the rooms with the ocean view -- they are spacious, clean, and, of course, the view is beautiful. The hotel is located right next to the beach, so you can simply go downstairs and enjoy the ocean.

Cons:

There is a switch you need to turn on if you want your room to be cleaned, which activates a green light outside the door. I assumed this notified reception, but it doesn’t. I left for 2.5 hours expecting the room to be cleaned, but it wasn’t, and I had to call them. I’d recommend informing reception directly when you leave.

The breakfast was good, but I would appreciate more vegan options. Finally, at checkout, they mistakenly thought we had taken something from the minibar near the reception. Fortunately, they did not charge us, but they should be more careful in tracking minibar usage.

Pros:

Perfectly clean and comfortable room which really felt like home for us. Amazing views from the Corner Room, even from the bathroom. (Panoramic Room is even better, I would recommend that one.)

Infinite pool at the rooftop is absolutely the best in Da Nang at the moment.

Highly recommended hotel!

Cons:

Breakfast quality, variety and the organization of the food court was just not great. A decent breakfast, still.

The pillows were too soft for us, without sufficient support for our head.

Freundliches Personal, netter Pool, Zimmer größtenteils hervorragend. Die Lage ist gut. Die qualität des Essens/Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit am Fernseher Netflix oder Prime zu schauen, im Restaurant sind häufig Standardmahlzeiten (Spring Rolls oder Burger) nicht verfügbar und die wartezeiten sind sehr lang (>20min für ne Coladose und ein Glas mit Eis)
