Personalen var snäll och trevlig på alla sätt. Jag fick ett uppgraderat rum med bra läge och havsutsikt.
Rummet och sängen var rena och bäddades varje dag. Jag fick dessutom snabb hjälp och tydliga svar när jag ställde frågor.
Jag skulle önska att gymmet var bättre utrustat med rengöringsmaterial samt att det fanns tydlig information uppsatt.
Gärna skyltar med tydliga symboler som visar att gäster ska torka av utrustningen efter användning.
Jag önskar även att det fanns en tvättkorg där man kan lämna handdukar efter användning, samt tydliga skyltar som förbjuder användning av utomhusskor i gymmet.
Housekeeping was daily, staff politely and helpful. Skybar had also food, sauna small but good. Not a bad gig i say ☺️🙏🏼❤️
Cleaning some details in room, insides of bathroom doors need to be better, visible stains. Carpet better vacuumed.
Fantastic hotel! Rooms incredible & rooftop was unreal.

I have never felt so disrespected and ignored as a paying guest. I stayed at this so-called "luxury hotel", expecting professionalism and hospitality — instead, I encountered utter negligence and irresponsibility.
I left a pack of cigarettes clearly on the table in my room. After the cleaning staff entered, it disappeared. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk, expecting at the very least an apology or a simple acknowledgment.
But what did I receive? Avoidance. Complete indifference. No responsibility taken, and absolutely no apology. Is this how a hotel treats its guests? By turning a blind eye to missing belongings and sweeping things under the rug?
Whether it was theft or "accidental disposal," the fact remains: something that belonged to me went missing while I was staying under your care. And your staff acted like it didn’t matter at all. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable.
I’m not angry about the cigarettes — I’m angry about the disrespect and lack of accountability. If this is how you treat guest complaints, it raises serious concerns about your standards and ethics.
Absolutely disgraceful. Unworthy of any star rating.
