Amazing stay, thank you!
Pros:

Perfectly clean and comfortable room which really felt like home for us. Amazing views from the Corner Room, even from the bathroom. (Panoramic Room is even better, I would recommend that one.)

Infinite pool at the rooftop is absolutely the best in Da Nang at the moment.

Highly recommended hotel!

Cons:

Breakfast quality, variety and the organization of the food court was just not great. A decent breakfast, still.

The pillows were too soft for us, without sufficient support for our head.

Freundliches Personal, netter Pool, Zimmer größtenteils hervorragend. Die Lage ist gut. Die qualität des Essens/Frühstück ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit am Fernseher Netflix oder Prime zu schauen, im Restaurant sind häufig Standardmahlzeiten (Spring Rolls oder Burger) nicht verfügbar und die wartezeiten sind sehr lang (>20min für ne Coladose und ein Glas mit Eis)

Amazing stay
Pros:

Everything was amazing - the room was spotless, bed super comfy, big bathroom, great view.

Cons:

Breakfast was mostly Asian food, I would have loved more American/European options.

Pros:

breakfast had very good selection, location was in a quite part of the beachfront, so not much noise, but you could still hear cars on the road right in front of hotel

Cons:

The ventilation system would automatically turn on and as a result we got sick on the first day

The reception staff were professional and nice but not welcoming.

In our room we had a great view, the rooms and hotel overall.

The location is not good, a long way from the best part of the city. You need to use grab taxi to go anywhere decent.

The hotel may be appropriate for group tour companies, but not great for independent travellers if you want to explore the city.

It's a modern hotel, and staff are just basically ok.

The most professional staff member we can across was the head chief/manager of the restaurant, he and his staff did a great job. Breakfast food was good.

The bathroom is great and as a large bathtub. The bed is comfortable as is the room.

Hotel, as advertised, except for the noise, some of which is out of their hands and Senior management need to build the customer service standards of the staff..

Cons:

On arrival there was no one to help us with our bags. And no one greeted us. The ambience of the hotel and in the reception area is not warm. Not to have someone help us with our baggage is sub standard. On our 7 night stay here i never noticed arriving guests assisted. 

There is no smart TV to connect to Netflix or even to connect our phones to the TV. It had cable channels, and when watching those the signal was intermittent.

One day we had a do not disturb indicator on our room, we arrived back to our room to find that the cleaners ignored the do not disturb and had entered our room. Not happy. 

The room doors are very noisy when they close, every time an adjacent room door was used we could hear it banging. 

The noise from outside construction destroyed any chance for a peaceful rest, we were here for 7 nights.

There are not 3 restaurants here. The one in the lobby i only noticed open once, and it's hardly a restaurant.
Then there is the restaurant on the 5th floor, the last restaurant, after 7 day's here we found a dining room on the top floor, the food is prepared on the 5th floor then staff carry it up to this dining room.

There is no room service you have to scan a QR code and try and read it from your phone. Then you need to go to the restaurant and pick up your meal.

La literie, la propreté, le personnel agréable et efficace, le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement

Cons:

Les travaux se situant juste à côté de l’hôtel et s’effectuant 7j/7 et de 7h à 23h. L’ascenseur dont l’attente peut être longue.
