Centrale
Pros:

Posizione centrale, ti muovi a piedi per andare ovunque. Camera non grande ma confortevole. Bollitore per caffè e colazione europea sufficiente. In camera è presente un termosifone elettrico che abbiamo apprezzato, San Cristobal è a 2200 metri. Il personale è molto accogliente. Piccolo giardino interno e terrazzo sul tetto per ammirare il panorama. 2 notti molto confortevoli.

Lo anuncian como 5* pero no lo es.
Habitaciones muy pequeñas. Desayuno simple.
No hay servicios de un 5 estrelllas.
Intentaron que cancelara con Booking para ofrecerme una habitación mejor.

Comida y agradable estancia en el centro
Pros:

Ubicación del establecimiento cerca de estación autobús ADO y del centro ciudad con la posibilidad de visitar muchas de las atracciones turísticas a pie.
El personal super amable desde la recepción ( Victor gracias por toda tu ayuda con la reserva) y el personal del restaurante
Volvería sin dudarlo

Perfekte Lage und super freundliches Personal
Pros:

Super zentral gelegen. Restaurants und Bars sind nur wenige Fußminuten entfernt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen sehr früh an und unser Zimmer war bereits fertig und wir durften einchecken.

Pros:

Great location in a quiet street but close to the city centre, restaurants & bars, nice spacious rooms, there's a lovely terrace overlooking the city
The staff is absolutely amazing, I was sick and they were very helpful in assisting me, also helped us plan tours and activities in the surroundings

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de un andador gastronómico y muy cerca del centro. La habitación cómoda y con lo necesario para pasar el frio. Adecuada limpieza en general. Cuenta con un desayuno de cortesía que es suficiente y tienen buen cafe.

Cons:

Nos toco que el dispensador de jabón en el baño estaba vacío, por lo demás no hubo mayor problema.
