המלון אחלה, ממוקם כמה דקות מתחנת פוקושימה, שקט מאוד, חדרים לא גדולים בכלל אבל הכל מאורגן בצורה פונקציונלית, מאוד נקי, מחליפים מגבות כל יום ומצעים על פי דרישה, ארוחת הבוקר לגמרי מספקת, יש ירקות טריים, קפה נספרסו ומגוון מאפים כמובן שיש גם אוכל יפני. על כל דבר יש הסבר מה הוא מכיל ומידע לאלרגניים.
הצוות מאוד נעים ושירותי.
סהכ אחלה מלון, הורדתי נקודה על כך שאין בכלל ארונות וקצת צפוף עם המזוודות בחדר

I want to share a story that shows what real hospitality looks like.
During our stay at Moxy Osaka Umeda, we accidentally dropped a pair of earrings into the trash bin in our room and only realised it after check-out. We messaged the hotel asking the staff to check the room and the bin. By the time we came back, the garbage had already been collected from the room — the earrings could easily have been written off as lost.
Instead, the team, led by Supervisor Ichiro Kamura, went through all of the hotel's collected waste by hand and found our earrings. Nobody asked them to go that far. They simply decided that a guest's belongings mattered more than their own convenience.
What impressed us most was not just the result but the attitude: honesty, a genuine sense of responsibility and a level of service that goes well beyond the standard. Mr. Kamura and his crew turned a frustrating situation into one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Japan.

Great vibes with great location
Pros:

The hotel is very vibey and youthful, the facilities are great. Large elevators and rooms. Location was super close to the Osaka Umeda Station which was perfect. Decor was great. Loads of seating area in the lobby. Nespresso coffee in the rooms was a great addition too since our previous hotels only offered the basic drip-coffee bags. Not the best photos because I snapped these from a video though. Should've taken photos.

Cons:

The Atari machine kept making a terrible sound that hurt my ears. The burgers we ordered were terrible. My spouse's beef burger was super overcooked. My plant-based sliders were not sliders at all, and that was overcooked too and lacking in flavour.

The lack of a smoking room inside of the hotel was a pain for me, I don't smoke cigarettes, just a vape, but all our previous stays had a room on the same floor as the laundry rooms. Our other hotels in Japan also offered face masks.
