Comfortable, good location, nice lounge area
Pros:

Was upgraded and so the room was a reasonable size.

Cons:

Use of paper cups if we wanted to take coffee or drinks up to our rooms. Lack of mugs or glasses in rooms to make tea or drink water even though a kettle was provided. Not enough lockers or safe storage for luggage if have late flight, which means you have to stay in hotel or take luggage elsewhere.

Pros:

The room was small and felt overly complicated, with many features that weren’t intuitive — we had to figure out how to operate almost everything. It’s clearly part of the hotel’s style, but it won’t suit everyone.

On the positive side, the room was clean, the shower was comfortable, and the beds were great. However, it was hard to reach the curtain controls and the air‑conditioning panel, the fridge didn’t work despite our attempts, and the toilet didn’t function properly, even after we asked for it to be fixed.

Pros:

Location was good. I always love a Moxy in the UK and Moxy Osaka didn't let us down. Nice relaxing vibe, staff very helpful.
