Great stay, lovely roof terrace & comfortable rooms
Pros:

Great location, roof terrace offered a stunning view of the Capitol, rooms were very modern & cosy and great value for money. I loved the interior of the hotel, with some bright colours, animals and some entertaining videos in the elevator!

Citizen M is a great Hotel and I will definitely stay again.
Pros:

I love staying at Citizen M hotels. The rooms are perfect for a solo traveler and are always extremely clean. I also enjoy using the living areas off the lobby and visiting the bar.

Cons:

I didn’t like the attitude of the bartender one evening. She never smiled and when I let her know an item was missing in my meal, she looked offended and didn’t offer to have the kitchen bring out the item.

Pros:

GOD it was awesome! Such comfortable bad, modern hotel, and convenient location to the center was really good! I wish I could come back for a more long time. Staff was friendly. Everything clean.

The staff was great: pleasant & always helpful! I did love how you decorated the main entrance and bar/eating area. Location was great for catching the train, and lots of stuff we visited was in that area.

Cons:

The room was very cramped, the layout was not set up for a couple. Didn't like the tablet, it was slow and changed on its (lighting, language, had to tap-tap-tap front screen to bring up to mute volume on commercials)? The breakfast was very expensive ($25) and several mornings tasted like second day+ old food :( There was no posting of the cost for the food to decide what you wanted at the counter.

Overall a great stay! Lots of great things just the pillow and sheet comfort and parking situation !

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable- particularly the pillows and softness of the sheets. Parking was not ideal as we had a truck and couldn’t fit in any of the available parking spots in the parking lot listed
