Der Pool war nicht gefüllt.
Das war sehr enttäuschend für uns, weil wir dieses Hotel auch wegen des Pools ausgewählt hatten.
Ein Nachtlicht funktionierte nicht.
Wir hatten für 2 Tage für 2 Personen Frühstück mitgebucht und 100 Euro dafür bezahlt.
Im Hotel wusste man nichts davon und verwies uns an booking.com.
Bei booking.com erhielten wir keine Antwort.
Wir verzichteten aber sowieso auf das Hotelfrühstück, weil es nicht unseren Erwartungen von einem Hotelfrühstück entsprach.

Not bad, but not amazing. Staff were lovely. Some odd issues.
Pros:

The staff are very nice. The lobby and the breakfast bar on the ground floor are lovely.
The room was pretty comfortable for me as a solo traveller, but I think it would be kind of cramped for two people.

Cons:

There is no kettle in the room, so I had to go and request hot water from the bar every day which was a hassle.

A lot of my facilities didn't work: streaming on the TV didn't work and my refrigerator was broken, which the staff didn't tell me about. However, when I raised this, they upgraded me to included breakfast for my last 2 days. (Not much for a 2-week trip, but better than nothing)

The weird cardboard-ish wall in the shower was alarming, but there weren't any water leaks.

I wish the desk was a bit bigger too. I think the money that was spent on the fancy tech could have been better used making the basic facilities better. No need for a remote control iPad when your shower lacks infrastructure and there's no kettle.

The room has cool features but it’s small and it was not sanitary. I wouldn’t come back here
