Good environment, poor transportation and food convenience

Pros:

The environment is excellent and very quiet, but the surrounding area is quite inconvenient. The staff are friendly, but the operating hours are very limited. It is not possible to contact the front desk at night, and the restaurant also has very short operating hours.

Pros:

A great escape close to nature, with very comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms; let down a little bit by average/poor service. The staff are friendly and polite, but could be switched on a little better. If you go with those expectations and know the service is not 5 star, you can still enjoy it. Pool villa a must vs mountain villa.
