Wer geschäftsmäßige Höflichkeit präferiert, ist hier richtig.
Pros:

Die Lage am See und zur Altstadt ist top.
Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse gut, vor allem der leckere frische Orangensaft.
Das Personal vom Frühstücksservice und Housekeeping waren sehr freundlich.
Parkplatz und Aufzug sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung waren absolut „unterkühlt“, man fühlte sich nicht wohl.
Die Juniorsuite war zu klein und hatte den Charme eines Krankenhauszimmers. Es fehlt auch ein Tisch im Zimmer, ein Schreibtisch ersetzt diesen nicht.
Es wurde nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung zur freien Verfügung gestellt.
Es gibt im Badezimmer kaum Ablageflächen.
Der Außenpool ist nicht beheizt.
Parkplätze sind sehr eng.
Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt hier nicht.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel room, great bath, excellent breakfast. Private parking is on the hotel property. Only a five minute walk to the castle.

Lager und Ausstattung waren einmalig. Der Service war nett und zuvorkommend und hinterließ ein familiären Eindruck.
