Estávamos cansados da viagem desde Ronda Espanha..então jantamos no hotel, fomos atendidos pela Maria Quaresma que foi extremamente simpática e atenciosa...fez com que nosso cansaço passasse e demos boas risadas.

The rooms are large and very clean. We had a corner room with a large wrap a round terrace. The terrace had two lounges but it was a little too cold to sit out there. The bed was decent but the pillows were not comfortable.
The restaurant was not good. We were looking at the menu at the reception desk when a male waitstaff came over to rudely inform us, if we wanted to eat, our only choice was the buffet. They cater to tourists groups and obviously do not care about their hotel guests. They had a group of 90 people coming in that night for dinner. The buffet food is low quality and the hot food is left out with no form of heating . We asked why do you have a menu to choose from when you can’t order from it? He really didn’t have an answer for that. Luckily we found a Portuguese restaurant across the street that was very welcoming and good. The location of this hotel is pretty bad. There are no restaurants or shops unless you want to drive a good distance. Would not stay here again.

O pequeno almoço era péssimo, o jantar buffet com pouquíssimas escolhas e nenhuma era bem confecionada. As sobremesas eram aceitáveis. O funcionário da recepção era extremamente rude, o do restaurante também. Na primeira noite um barulho exterior que não me impediu de dormir e na segunda noite um outro ruído também muito incomodativo. O quarto era o que tinha terraço. Um hotel de 4 estrelas que não deveria ter mais de 2.
Nota positiva a empregada da limpeza e uma funcionária da recepção.
