Highly recommended hotel accessible location across the Shiomi train station to Tokyo station.
Pros:

We like your breakfast menu, housekeeping, front desk customer care, and luggage . convenient family mart. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Accessibility, near train station.

Bel hôtel confortable à proximité du métro
Pros:

Pdj très varié et complet

Cons:

Horaires du PdJ un peu contraignant. Fin du service à 9h30, très à cheval sur les horaires.
Hôtel un peu excentré même si à proximité du métro ce qui amoindri l’inconvénient.
Service de chambre pas automatique, il faut indiquer que l’on souhaite que la chambre soit faite sinon pas de passage.

Awesome! Would happily book again.
Pros:

Close to train line. Large rooms. Very comfortable beds. Big bathroom. Booked early so price really reasonable. Staff spoke English and seemed happy to do so. Very comfortable stay.

Cons:

My husband has a bad back so at least ons normal (European) chair would have made his stay more comfortable.

A delightful stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Very spacious rooms, lovely bamboo garden on second floor. Staff very helpful with sorting luggage transfers and fixing a broken shower head. Good location as opposite metro station, but felt quite far out from central Tokyo. Nice and peaceful

Cons:

Little bit far away from central Tokyo (but we knew this when we booked)

Pros:

Great value for money, nice rooms and extremely friendly staff

Cons:

Only 7 min by train to Tokyo Station, but in the area around the hotel there isn’t a lot to do, barely any restaurants or anything. You always have to take train if you want to get some food

Everything you need in one place
Pros:

Right next to Shiomi Station. Close to Disneyland and Team Labs Planets and a supermarket. Convenience store downstairs in the hotel, laundry, microwaves on 2nd floor for the interesting range of meals you can buy from the supermarket when you're too tired to stay out! Clean and modern hotel with option for daily room cleaning. Staff were friendly and helpful in securing taxis.

Cons:

There weren't a lot of dining options in the area so it's best to book ahead. There's a restaurant at the hotel (booked out for tour groups) but we ate at the bar, which was decent. The staff at the bar were lovely.

京葉線の潮見の駅の目の前のロケーションで便利。小降りの雨が降っていたが敢えて傘をさすまでもなかった。ただし、京葉線の東京駅での乗り換えには10分を要する。
