Very comfortable location which is ideal for someone self sufficient and is staying for more than a week.
Pros:

It’s very close to the station and grocery stores.
The outside is clean and quiet. There are 2 nice parks within walking distance. It was very comfortable. The bedding was amazingly comfortable. The bathtub and shower was fantastic. A great place if you want to be a little out of the city but close by. Convenient to have washer and dryer and balcony to dry clothes. A really great place to stay if you need temporary housing or work travel for more than a week.

Cons:

Most of the inside unit was clean. There were some dried contacts on the bedside table. I disinfected everything with wipes when I arrived and can say most of the unit was clean. Some things might be old but still in working condition. Overall still satisfied.

近くにスーパーやお店も多く非常に快適でした。

設備自体は良かったけど…
Pros:

部屋の中は綺麗で広かった。設備も悪くなく、浴槽も広く感じた。スタッフからも事前に電話とメールで説明もあり、対応も悪くなかったと思う。

Cons:

チェックインの端末でインターネットが接続されていない不具合が起きてチェックインできなかったので、不安だった。ドアの解除パスワードの説明が分かりにくかった

Pros:

Чисто, есть все необходимое.
Далеко он центра, но как вариант на 1-2 дня перед отъездом нормально. Выбрали именно из-за удобства добираться быстро в Нариту.

Cons:

В реальности немного меньше, чем на фото. Пару чемоданов разложить и уже половину прохода занимает, но не критично.

깨끗하고 역이랑 매우 가까워서 편했고
직원분이 너무나 친절하셨습니다

Cons:

오래 숙박하는데 수건이 좀 부족했어요
그래도 1층에 세탁건조가 있어서 힘든정도는 아니였습니다

施設はいいんだけどな…
Pros:

部屋、廊下、脱衣場、玄関がとても広く大人５人+子供２人でもゆったり過ごせました！
リビング横のベッドは高さが低く幅も広いので小さい子供連れでも安心でした。

Cons:

お風呂には黒カビ、換気扇フードの上や部屋の隅、ベッドの隙間など蓄積したホコリがありました。
同じ業者(担当者)がずーっと手抜きしてるのか大家ｻﾝがやらなくていいと言っているのかわかりませんが改めた方がいいかなと思いました。
