Os quartos e a natureza circundante de todo o hotel
Queríamos fazer o passeio a cavalo, como estava descrito no site, mas infelizmente só permitem passeios a pessoas experientes, e essa informação não consta no site do Galé
Quarto muito confortável e área de spa e piscinas muito bonitas e com muitos detalhes
Qualidade dos produtos de room service.
A localização e o espaço envolvente são e excelentes. Apreciamos muito a simpatia dos funcionários e o jantar buffet. O Pequeno almoço foi muito agradável também. Fizemos uma visita à falcoaria que foi muito interessante.
O acesso ao spa é feito pelo exterior, o que se torna pouco agradável durante o inverno.
As casas de banho dos quartos são muito pequenas.

Gostei de tudo, em geral, mas aponto só um detalhe, que podia ter sido apenas ocasional: podiam investir em ter um papel higiénico melhor nos quartos... era muito fraquinho... Também houve uma confusão com os quartos, na altura do check in: deram-nos um quarto que ainda não estava pronto e ficamos um pouco na rua à espera (na zona da porta do quarto) até que nos vieram dar um outro quarto
