NO TENIAN LA HABITACION QUE RESERVE CON DOS CAMAS SENCILLAS Y ME DIJERON QUE NO HABIA EN EL MOMENTO

Yo me presente a la recepción del hotel y di mi nombre y apellido y mi reserva , me dijeron si señor esta lista, y pregunte son dos camas sencillas esta bien? me contesto la señora , no es una cama doble, yo le dije no, yo cotice y reserve por una habitación para dos personas con dos camas sencillas, me dijo no hay, yo le conteste y mi reserva?
no señor en este momento no tenemos habitaciones con dos camas sencillas, entonces yo le dije ok , mil gracias no me sirve , no me contesto nada y dije me retiro y salí. (NO CUMPLIERON CON MI RESERVA)
Y le solicito a Booking la devolución de lo que me ha descontado la tarjeta, por que las cosas no son cobrando y después preguntando.
Espero alguien de booking se comunique conmigo por teléfono o correo o que me den un numero donde llamar y un nombre de con quien hablar sobre este cobro abusivo, no me gusta tener malos entendidos ni mucho menos dejar esos abiertos.
NOTA: ADJUNTO LA RESERVA DE LA HABITACION PARA EL 20 DE FEB 2026 EN EL IBIS PORTO HOTEL
