Great value for money.
Pros:

I have stayed at this property twice now and it is great value, quality and comfort. Good value for money. It is also right next to stratford international which makes getting in and out of the city easier.

Lovely stay and beautiful room.
Pros:

Fabulous location for a football game at West Ham and also right next to Westfield shopping with very easy access by tube into central London.

Great stay for our Abba trip
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a lovely area. A 30 min walk to the Abba arena. The steakhouse on the rooftop was superb. Our steak was perfect.

Cons:

As some of the staff were very pleasant there were others that looked like they would prefer to be somewhere else. That was a little disappointing

Fab location and great spacious rooms
Pros:

Lovely big spacious rooms with very comfy beds and large bathrooms, also breakfast was plentiful

Cons:

I thought there was a lack of information in the room about WiFi and breakfast facilities, also only a couple of coffee pods which weren’t decaf and only 1 biscuit, had to call reception for the information
