We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable hotel. Great location!

Good location for what we were doing

Cons:

Room was filthy and had blood stains on the sheets, absolutely disgusting. We notified the manager and have yet to receive any sort of follow up.

Personnel aimable, matériel neuf et fonctionnel.
Très bien placé et quartier très sympathique pas trop chargé.

Cons:

Si je devais mettre un point négatif, je dirais que il y aurait pu avoir légèrement + de choix au petit déjeuner mais c’est un très petit détail car il nous a été très gentiment offert par l’hôtel

Disappointing
Pros:

We have stayed a number of times and the standard is definitely slipping. We like the overall feel of the place and the location.

Cons:

Unfortunately we were given a disabled room which was not suitable as it only catered for one occupant and we do not like the bathroom arrangement. There was only one bottle of water (not replaced for our second night), one packet of biscuits. There was no bedside table (so not enough drawers) and no foldable luggage rack for suitcase. The wardrobe door did not close properly which meant the internal light would have stayed on all night had we not jammed the ironing board up against the door to close it. Only small things but so different to when the hotel originally opened and we first stayed in approx. 2022/23.

Pros:

Very welcoming staff. Room was very clean and well presented. The breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Cons:

The duvet was very lightweight. There was no toilet cleaning brush in the bathroom. Some of the cooked breakfast items were luke warm at best.
