Pros:

L'emplacement, le design, la sécurité, la vue, accessibilité aux commerces et aux transports...

Cons:

Pas de peignoir ni de chaussons comme sur les photos et pour la télévision, une catastrophe. Impossible de regarder la télé.

We had a top notch room again and staff were friendly and professional.
Pros:

The air con in the hotel and room was much appreciated and the usual comfort of our stay was enjoyed after a busy concert event. The bathroom facilities were outstanding, best shower and amenities supplied.

Cons:

We were a little shocked when we asked what the earliest time we could come down for breakfast was as we had to leave before 8.30am, to be told it wasn't included. When i booked i didn't see this as an option otherwise i would of booked it. Not sure if its something they no longer do or if we just were not offered to add it on when checking in? But there is a full cafe in the foyer that we could use.

Nice hotel but a bit expensive. Great location!
Pros:

Near amenities.
Comfortable bed and lovely staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working properly and the pipes rattled when used throughout the hotel. I did mention to staff who said it’s the heat.

Really nice comfortable room and great location.

Cons:

Nothing really, the staff are a little off-ish; not very forthcoming to help with questions etc. Basically was told a number of times to “go online and look” when asking questions relating to my stay. Example, I wanted to extend my stay, and told them on my arrival, instead of offering to advise me of cancellations as they arose, was told to just keep checking online. There should have been some initiatives taken and offered to call me when a cancellation came up (which it did, which I found online after checking all day).
