Sewage Smell and Inadequate Facilities
Pros:

The union bar is drinks and location.

Cons:

The room smelt like sewage, which meant I did not sleep well. The television was not a smart TV and only had terrestrial channels, with no ability to connect to any apps or Bluetooth. I raised the issue with reception, but I was informed that there were no alternative rooms available for me to move to

Everything.....but,but,but!!!!!....there was a loud party or disco on Thursday 20th February 2026 which went on way into the early hours of Friday 21st February 2026...probably around 4.00am when finishing .... obvs we got no sleep....not a great night after spending money in the stk bar previous....

We enjoyed our stay at The Gantry. The hotel is very nice and breakfast was good.
Pros:

The location was perfect for what we wanted from our stay. We had tickets for ABBA experience so we needed to stay in the area. It was also a nice change from staying in central London as we usually would.

Cons:

We were a little surprised when we arrived on Saturday afternoon and heard the ‘very loud’ music.
I love very loud music but it was very difficult to check in
