Pros:

Tudo...hotel é excelente, simpatia do funcionários, sempre um táxi por parte do hotel disponível para nos levar a restarante ou laser, sempre tudo super limpinho, pequeno almoço com muita variedade, piscina excelente e local perto da praia e restarantes...

Cons:

Nao haver disponibilidade para mais uma noite. 😀

Pros:

Rooms were good size, very comfy bed.
Quite striking modern architecture of pool area.

Cons:

We were there end Aug so busy time, but breakfast was chaos. Queuing to be seated. Ran out of plates and cutlery. Apparently they had an issue with the dishwashers that day, but whole experience was so poor and mediocre food, that we didn't go back. Coffee was a particular low point. No option to order from your table, just queue at vending style coffee machine and marvel at how vastly different your coffee came out from the picture on the machine. Hospital coffee. We were there for another 3 days, supposedly with breakfast included, but found a lovely tucked away, totally authentic Portuguese cafe / bakery up the hill, where you cld eat pastries and drink delicious coffee for pennies. Great to people watch and infinitely better food and more pleasant experience than the hotel.

Then my other gripe is hard to describe. Very weird layout and shaped hotel, meant much of it felt hemmed in and with no natural light. Hotel is basically built in to very steep hill. You'd think this would give light and views from all floors, but it's the opposite. Dark lobby, totally enclosed, no line of sight out - no sense that you're elevated, or with the sea behind you. Basically feel like you've entered a dark cave. Then you have to walk a network of windowless hallways and staircases (miles of it) to then emerge several storeys down where you are now at ground level with the pool and hotel restaurant. This space is lovely, but It's disorientating getting there, and makes the pool, outside area, coast and view feel totally disconnected, and invisible from main chunks of the hotel. When you finally get to this floor you feel you've emerged in to light, from some sterile underground car park - I felt claustrophobic getting there!

Same effect from our 2 rooms. Only view out was to a long concrete external passageway. Oppressive and dark, with no sense of the lovely setting you are in.

Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno. El personal muy atento y servicial al igual que el transportista que te lleva al centro de la cudad.
La infraestructura excelente

Cons:

Esta un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad y de las playas, pero hay un servicio de transporte gratuito que dispone el hotel muy efeciente
