Suite with 2 bedrooms was spotless.
-Location. Ww spend a lot of money for ubers cause were a family of 8 and the shuttle only takes 4 people at a time.
-Service. Not a single smile from the staff.

There were no robes in room, also we asked for slippers, but they were provided very quickly.
Service in restaurant was very slow.

Facilities were very good, parking, pool area, restaurant and breakfast choice, they do offer a shuttle car service free of charge down into the town and beach although it’s not always a convenient service .. easy to walk down the hill and get a cheap taxi back at your convenience ..
Overall every was excellent except on arrival .. we arrived 2 hours early and didn’t expect room to be ready .. we were checked in and told to return at 16.00 although room may be ready as reception said they would put in special request .. this was not an issue for us ..
We placed bags in storage and walked down into the town .. we returned at 16.00 and were told our room was still not ready, no reason given although whilst we waited others arriving were given rooms.. after 20 minutes of waiting we were offered no reason or room so demanded an upgrade which we were given .. don’t actually know if we actually recieved an upgraded room as did not know which room we would have been offered.. we were however happy with the room but would have been happier if offered by way of apology as opposed to my having to demand it! No one spoke to us or offered any reason as to why we were kept waiting and inconvenienced so poor service from reception ..
Overall we were very happy with hotel and general service for remainder of our stay.
