Great stay!
Pros:

Very nice and clean villa and hotel. The staff is just out of this world: very friendly, well organized and just great. Food (lunch, dinner and breakfast) is amazing too. I give it a 10 plus!

One of my favourite ever hotels. Staff were exceptional. Can’t think of a fault. Highly recommend
Pros:

Beautiful setting, spacious rooms. Thoughtfully designed. Felt luxurious staff were absolutely outstanding. I long to go back!

The villas will exceed your expectations as a family base for all that Siem Reap has to offer.
Pros:

The hotel and especially the villa were not done justice by the photos. Our three room villa was huge and had a great pool. room service and transport into town was very easy, as it was to arrange a heap of excursions.

Cons:

The place was a little further out of the town centre than I expected but only ten minutes by tuktuk. Also the villas are a tuktuk ride away from the hotel which I didnt appreciate when booking. It makes logistics a little more tricky but it was easy to get used to.

A real treat in a beautiful location with fabulous staff and exceptional rooms. Cannot fault and highly recommend
Pros:

The personal touch and the attention to detail. The staff were so attentive. Learnt our names and made an effort to chat to us individually every time we saw them. Nothing was too much trouble. Don’t arrange any trips before you go, they can do everything for you. Reasonable. Beautiful surroundings. Had the best time ever. Thank you!

We loved The Nature and Villas!
Pros:

Location: out of the hustle and bustle, on the edge of town. Just a $1.50 USD tuk tuk ride away from all the action. Serene, quiet, and peaceful....this was a great retreat after a busy day.

Service: the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They couldn't be better.

Food: the menu options are simple and diverse with something for everyone. Everything we had was delicious and the prices are reasonable; especially for a resort.

CINNAMON JUICE!!! We were welcomed with a refreshing glass of cinnamon juice that doesn't seem to be served anywhere else in town. It is so, so good.

Room: Naturally cool, it never seemed hot even when it was 98° F outside. Plus, the AC worked great.

Pool: just the right size to let you cool off after a hot day.

Lizards: there are cute lizards running around the outside walls. Kids will love them!

Cons:

We have no complaints at all. If we can make it back to Siem Reap we will definitely stay here again.

Nothing. I loved the whole feel of it. I am currently staying in their sister property closer to the town but I much prefer the nature! For a $3 Tuk Tuk ride, it’s worth staying further out

The main part of the accommodation was amazing, of course the food too. We were accommodated in a villa with pool, where we had everything we needed. The staff were very nice and really helpful.

Tolle Villa
Pros:

Hier ist der Name Programm, ein kleines Naturparadies. Auch wenn die Villa etwas außerhalb ist, hat uns das nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil, somit konnte man dem Lärm der Stadt entfliehen. Tuktuk Fahrer vom Hotel waren zuverlässig immer verfügbar. Auch die vermittelten Touren waren super. Wir haben nicht nur die großartigen Tempel gesehen, sondern uns auch gut erholt und sogar einen Tag verlängert.

A great hotel, a fantastic team!
Pros:

When we arrived at The Nature Hotel, we already knew it would meet our expectations in terms of comfort and as a good base for exploring the local attractions. But in reality, it exceeded them, thanks to the incredibly warm, friendly and helpful staff. We will look back on these days with great fondness.

Pros:

We had a great time at the hotel. It's close to the city centre, but far enough to be quiet.
The rooms and the garden were beautiful.
The food was good and not overpriced.
The hotel offers cooking classes to learn Khmer recipes - it was a lot of fun.
The staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

There's nothing to complain about.
