Some of the most friendly staff we have ever encountered in a hotel. They gave us amazing suggestions for our trip, prepared a special breakfast since we were leaving early and helped us with our low tyre pressure. The food was great and our little cabin was cosy warm and comfortable. Can only recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the lodge during our time in Torres del Paine and we can’t rave about it enough!

The place was amazing, the food from the restaurant was by far the best we had during our time in Patagonia & the staff were the most friendly and helpful people we’ve met during our trip! They went above and beyond and shared great tips with us about what to do and how to pack smaller hikes together amongst other things!

For us the location was perfect since we wanted something that wasn’t right on the path of all the famous treks but worth noting that it is around 1H drive from the base Torres hike.

Location close to the park. Rooms and hotel in general very beautiful.

Reservamos um domo, mas ganhamos um upgrade para um quarto interno do hotel, então só isso já elevou muito a nossa experiência!
Apesar de em termos gerais ser uma hospedagem cara, estar bem na entrada do Parque Nacional Torres Del Paine foi impagável. Todos os dias tomamos café da manhã tranquilos e, como estávamos de carro, montamos nosso itinerário com muita tranquilidade.
As funcionárias são incríveis e estão sempre dispostas a ajudar, seja com algo do hotel, ou para dar dicas de passeios. São atenciosas a ponto de nos chamarem no café da manhã para sair para ver as nuvens que estavam rosadas, lindas!
O quarto é muito confortável, nos proporcionou um ótimo descanso! A área comum também é boa e confortável, tomávamos um vinho lá todos os dias antes de jantar (compramos em Natales vinhos e alguns petiscos).

The staff are very friendly, and we especially appreciated their helpful hiking advice. The lodge is warm and cozy, with charming décor and a welcoming common area where we enjoyed spending time. The views from every angle of the lodge are simply stunning.

The location is excellent as well—close to the entrance of Torres del Paine, making it a perfect base for exploring the park.

Our stay at Morrena Lodge was truly special. We were kindly upgraded to a bigger room shortly before arrival, which was such a lovely surprise. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and well appointed. We also had dinner at the lodge and really enjoyed the food, but it was the setting that felt like the real treasure - waking up to stunning views, including a white horse grazing nearby and even a rainbow in the morning, was almost magical. A peaceful and memorable place to stay.

The welcome from reception was exceptional - the information provided, the smile, the use of my name and advice... bravo! The food was very good and the service was thoroughly appreciated. We stayed in one of the pods outside and all was exactly as expected, perfect for two of us and very comfortable. I will add a photo (if it actually lets me upload) as people have commented that these are small - they are smaller than your average room but if you have ever stayed in what we in the UK call shepherd's huts (minus the kitchenette), you'll know what you are getting. If you travel with big luggage, for goodness sake get a room in the lodge - we travel with normal sized luggage with wheels, and we managed 3 nights perfectly as we used the lodge upstairs area for a very comfortable time when we didn't want to sleep. Please see the photo for proof and context as I feel some of these other reviews (which I read in detail) do not give a full picture.
