Personál nepříjemný napadl dokonce přítelkyni manažerka důležitá a nepříjemná a nic nezařídili. Chodilo se jíst do druhé budovy . Snídaně zmatek kávovary nefingovaly celkově mne tento hotel zklamal.

Cons:

I would like to share with you my experience in staying at Movenpick villa.
This is my first time visiting Vietnam.
I can't imagine I could have had such a terrible time rented and stay in a prestige hotel.
Our switching from room no. 71 to no. 57 was not very pleasant as the staff whom was sent to assist in our change of rooms was not too happy (maybe I could have misread his expression).

After settling down in our new room, we reminded the front dest that the additional bed was not set up and told to wait for it. After few follow up calls and almost an hour passed, we are told to go about our business and the additional bed will be set up later. I thought an hour could have been saved if a clear answer was given in the first place instead of kept telling us to wait.

We were delighted to have a private swimming pool all for ourselves to enjoy but a few small bugs had tampered our experience.

Having said of above, water dripping from the ceiling on room no. 57 could be in the top list that surprised me, not a pleasant surprise though. I could imagine all this would have happened with a budget hotel but not a five star hotel which we paid not cheaply.

Upon our check out, I informed your front dest staff Ms Yen about our unpleasant experience and she sincerely apologised to me and I was so relieved that I finally could communicate with her.

Ms. Yen offered compensation immediately after she understood what we went through.

I could feel Ms. Yan's sincerity and proved handled the situation efficiently and affectively. With her there I can see some rainbow 🌈through the darkness.

Mövenpick villa is a beautiful place and has such a nice environment. If the facilities are kept in good working conditions coupled with the right working attitude/skill from all staff, Mövenpick is highly recommended.

Pros:

Хороший красивый отель в уединенном месте вдали от шума и суеты. Красивая территория, приятные номера, приемлемый завтрак. Близко к сафари парку и винвондерс парку.

Cons:

Локация далеко от магазинов и кафе, вокруг нет практически ничего в пешей доступности. Есть небольшая кафешка и фруктовая лавка на выезде из отеля, т к отпусков пешком 15 мин.

The hotel looked nice online, but the photos on the website were quite misleading. The advertised pool party with DJ wasn’t available every day, which was disappointing.
The hotel has two main buildings, but the shuttle (golf cart) service stopped after 6 pm, making it inconvenient to move between buildings in the evening. Although guests can use the swimming pools in both buildings, breakfast isn’t served by either pool — you have to take the golf cart back to your own building’s café, which is quite troublesome.
There were also too many unnecessary rules. For example, you need to use your room card just to get a towel card for the swimming pool — so annoying and overly complicated!
Overall, the hotel didn’t feel very guest-oriented, especially considering the price (around HK$1,500 per night). I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends.

Schöne Innenarchitektur, ruhig und idyllisch
Pros:

Das Interior Design des Hotels war wunderschön. Die weitläufige Gartenanlage und der Strand waren schön und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war groß und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Das einer der 5 Restaurants The Islander Alla Carte zum Dinner hat mir aber noch besser geschmeckt. Die Aussicht von unserem Hotelzimmer (günstiges Zimmer im Haupthaus 6. Stock) war atemberaubend schön auf den See/Lagune. Das Hotelanlage war allgemein extrem ruhig und idyllisch und echt riesig.

Cons:

Die Kissen waren etwas unbequem.

Great facilities, staff very friendly. Nice beach area, good breakfast, really liked the chocolate hour as well 3-4 PM.

Cons:

Beach area way too crowded, not clear which of the buildings you're actually booking. Very remote area, need taxi or motorbike to get around. Very expensive for Vietnam.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.

The service was generally poor. The only positive point was the restaurant: the food was excellent and the staff there were friendly and professional.

However, the reception staff did not even speak proper English, which made communication difficult. At check-in, they asked for a deposit of 5 million, saying it could be used in the restaurant and the remaining amount would be returned at check-out. But at check-out, they unfairly deducted money, claiming that I had smoked in the room, which is completely false as neither I nor my partner smoke.

I also booked a lake villa to enjoy peace and quiet, but guests in nearby villas were having loud parties until 2 AM. Even after calling reception, nothing changed and the noise continued.

Overall, very disappointing for a hotel with such a big name. Definitely not worth the price.

L’hôtel est très confortable et le personnel est à l’écoute et toujours souriant. Malgré le monde au petit déjeuner tout était plutôt fluide et très agréable

Train your staff to clean properly and do proper maintenance.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with wonderful gardens a good well equipped gym we could easily do our workout.
Breakfast was massive too. The whole design of the hotel very nice. Villas a super modern and cozy at the same time. Well done 👍 Gardens are stunning. Beautiful herb garden too.

Cons:

Cleaning is not so great. They hardly clean the rooms properly. And if stuff is broken they do not fix it. It’s really sad to see how careless they treat this beautiful property.

Fantastisk flott hotell, men dårlig service

Det var fantastisk flott hotell. Uteområdet var nydelig.

Cons:

Mislikte servicen. Personalet var generelt dårlig i engelsk og forsto lite av det vi prøvde og forklare. Vi prøvde å spørre om f.eks. privat biltransport fra flyplassen og til hotellet. Som de annonserte at de hadde. Fikk aldri svar fra dem. Fikk en automatisk mail fra dem der de henviste til shuttle buss. Fikk heller ikke ta med kaffe opp på rommet.
