Train your staff to clean properly and do proper maintenance.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with wonderful gardens a good well equipped gym we could easily do our workout.
Breakfast was massive too. The whole design of the hotel very nice. Villas a super modern and cozy at the same time. Well done 👍 Gardens are stunning. Beautiful herb garden too.

Cons:

Cleaning is not so great. They hardly clean the rooms properly. And if stuff is broken they do not fix it. It’s really sad to see how careless they treat this beautiful property.

Каждую ночь рядом работает мусоросжигательный завод и пахнет гарью и мусором!!
Pros:

Расположение отеля на чистом пляже Онланг бич, который по сравнению с Лонг бич, пока еще остается более и менее чистым. Минут 20 до Винперл Ворлд, Сафари-парк, Венеции. 40 минут до аэропорта.
Территория отеля красивая, виллы просторные, убираются хорошо. Выбор на завтраке большой.

Есть детская комната, где проходят разные занятия с детьми, но готовьтесь к тому, что самые интересные за плату.

Cons:

Что тотально испортило наше впечатление от проживания в отеле - это запах гари и отходов каждую ночь и утро. Оказалось, что недалеко от отеля расположен мусоросжигательный завод. В комментарии к этому отзыву отель, конечно, напишет, что ничего с этим не сможет сделать. Но и те, кто бронирует этот отель - остановитесь!

Вы едете на отдых оздоравливаться, а не травиться. Остров сейчас переживает большой поток туристов. Но он к этому не готов. Очереди на пограничном контроле, отсутствие центральной канализации, мусоросжигательные заводы.

Во вторую неделю нашего пребывания, когда по ночам каждый день шли дожди, которые видимо как-то влияли на оседание гари в воздухе, потому что он стал более свежим и вся эта вонь не чувствовалась почти.
Однако море стало более беспокойным и на берег уже выбрасывало не только симпатичные морские звезды, но и прочий мусор. Сотрудники отеля, конечно, убирали его, но не сказала бы, что очень оперативно.
Но по отзывам на Лонг бич ситуация намного хуже. Там кроме грязного пляжа и моря, сливают еще канализацию прямо в море и можно хорошо так попасть на букет неприятных заболеваний. Не знаю, конечно, как на Онланг бич, доходит ли эта вся прелесть, но после прочтения новостей даже в нашей части залива плавать уже расхотелось.

Завтраки хорошие, но однообразные. Странно, что среди фруктов ни разу не было манго. А арбуз всегда на троечку.
Цены в ресторанах на территории отеля ну очень высокие. Московские.

Det var fantastisk flott hotell. Uteområdet var nydelig.

Cons:

Mislikte servicen. Personalet var generelt dårlig i engelsk og forsto lite av det vi prøvde og forklare. Vi prøvde å spørre om f.eks. privat biltransport fra flyplassen og til hotellet. Som de annonserte at de hadde. Fikk aldri svar fra dem. Fikk en automatisk mail fra dem der de henviste til shuttle buss. Fikk heller ikke ta med kaffe opp på rommet.

The hotel is not bad, but considering the price and the brand's standards, I expected much more.
Pros:

Mövenpick Villas & Residences Phu Quoc is a solid but only average hotel overall.

The magnificent ocean view and the beautiful beach are definitely positive highlights: palm trees, soft sand, perfect access to the water, and everything clean and clear. However, to be fair, it must be said that this is not a unique feature of Phu Quoc – many other hotels there also offer beautiful views and good beaches.

In addition, the rooms were clean, the fitness centre was well equipped and medical assistance was quick, free and helpful when needed.

Cons:

The main negative for me was the breakfast. The selection was rather poor, it was crowded, noisy and there were clearly not enough staff. Some of the staff seemed inattentive, overworked and, in some cases, unfriendly. I did not feel comfortable there at all.

The food at lunchtime and in the evening was also disappointing: the prices were high, but this was not reflected in the quality.

In addition, the room offered little storage space for clothes and personal belongings, which is impractical for a longer stay.

Pros:

It’s a very nice location to spend a couple of beach and pool days. The view of the tropical gardens and the sea in the background with sundowns is exceptional. On the downside are occasional noisy events, like foam parties at the pool and the pricing. €450 for a double room is more than twice as much as we paid for any other outstanding hotel in a six week Vietnam trip.
