الفيلا من ثلاث غرف نوم مكشوفه بالشارع عشان تروح للغرفة الثانيه تطلع من السويت وترح للغرفة الثانيه والثالثة اطفالي خافو جدا للاسف

فيه عفن اسود بالمسبح

الفندق لايرتقي ل5 نجوم الافياش صعب ادخال الشاحن وغيره متهالكه

Overall, we had a relaxed and pleasant stay
Pros:

The property is well located. Not to far away from all the attractions and supermarkets, but just far enough to be away from the crowded city center.
We stayed at a Villa. Room was spacious and was well equipped.
You can call a buggy to take you to where you want to go in the property, that’s a plus.
Big pool with lots of different types of activities for kids to enjoy.
There is a kids club which also has many different activities. However some activities are payed.
Breakfast is the highlight! This is the best I had so far. All different types of cuisine are available.
SPA is also a must! Staff are very knowledgeable and thoughtful.

Cons:

There are some improvements need to be done as well.
The pool is badly needing a renovation.. the tiles are all coming off. My husband and kid got cut on sharp broken tiles in the pool..
Rooms cleanliness can be better. The room was not properly cleaned, since the was a piece of hair in the shower area since I arrived until I checked out, coffee cups were left at the room pool area and they were not cleared nor replaced. We stayed 7 night and non had a turn down service. I had to constantly ask for refilling of coffee and basic amenities..
Kids amenities are not available. I had to buy my own shower gel for my 2 year old.
There is a lack of flexibility with special requests. There was no soup available for my baby, and it was not able to be provided as well..
As a 5 stars hotel and kids friendly as so it’s supposed to be, safety should be the absolute priority and flexibility when it comes to special kids dietary.

المرافق والفعاليات جدًا جميلة والفيلا (ديبلوكس) نوعًا ما جيدة لان فيها عيوب ابذكرها

Cons:

- الموظفون ( نوعًا ما ) نفسيات وغير ودودين.
- الفيلا واجهاتها زجاجية لدرجة الحمام غرفة الماستر هو بالواجهه.. لو نسيت الستاير بالليل كل من يمر يبي يشووف البيت كامل وتيش يصير فيه.
- المسبح هو فعلًا خاص بس مو مستور .. كل اللي قدامي يقدرون يشوفوننا وحنا نسبح.
- الفطور صح متنوع بس قليل اللي يناسبنا كمسلمين وصعب تلقاه

My family and I stayed in a villa — two storeys with a private pool.

On the third night of our stay, when we returned to the villa, we were shocked to find that the sliding glass doors in the living room facing the private pool were open. We were absolutely certain that we had closed and locked them before leaving, because we were worried about rain getting into the house, so we made sure they were shut and locked before we went out.

Later, I discovered that my pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses was missing. To be honest, they're not super expensive — just a few thousand Hong Kong dollars — but they were an anniversary gift from my husband, so they carry a lot of sentimental value.

I said I wanted to report it to the police, but the hotel asked me to give them time to investigate. However, I was checking out the next day. After all their so-called investigation, they just told me that no one had entered my room.

This whole thing made us feel really insecure about staying at this hotel, because the hotel's response also revealed that there are no CCTV cameras outside our villa. Simply put, if something happened to us near the villa entrance — like a robbery or any other incident — there would be no CCTV footage, no evidence.

Honestly, I'm speechless.

呢間酒店確實係靚，但係安全就基本上可以講係零。

因為我一家人過去，我哋住嘅係別墅，一座兩層加私人游泳池。

係住喺別墅嘅第三日夜晚，我哋返別墅嘅時候，發現客廳對住私人泳池個對趟門打開咗，我哋覺得好驚訝，我哋好肯定喺離開別墅之前係關左同鎖咗對門，因為怕落大雨，啲水會入晒間屋，所以係關實左同埋鎖實先離開別墅。

之後發現咗我個副Rayban太陽眼鏡唔見咗。好老實雖然唔係好貴只係幾千蚊港幣，但係嗰副太陽眼鏡喺我老公送俾我嘅結婚周年禮物，意義上比較重要。

我有講話報警處理，酒店叫我俾時間佢哋查，但係我第二日都走啦，查嚟查最後就係同我講，冇人入過我間房。

呢件事令我哋覺得住喺呢間酒店係好冇安全感，因為酒店嘅回覆就係話原來我哋住嘅酒店房外面係冇CCTV，即係簡單嚟講，如果我係別墅門口或者附近俾人打劫或者有啲咩事發生咗，都唔會有CCTV錄影到，無証據。

真係，無語。

للأسف كانت تجربتي في هذا المنتجع مخيبة للآمال.

كان موظفو الاستقبال غير ودودين، وفي كل مرة نرغب فيها بالاستفسار عن أي شيء كانوا يطلبون بطاقة الغرفة بطريقة غير لائقة ومزعجة.

خلال فترة إقامتنا لم يتم تنظيف الفيلا مطلقًا، وكان يتم فقط استبدال المناشف. كما أن مكيف الهواء كان يصدر صوتًا مزعجًا، ووجدنا صراصير داخل الفيلا.

المسبح الخاص بالفيلا لم يوفر أي خصوصية، إذ كان مكشوفًا ويمكن رؤيته من أجزاء داخل المنتجع. كما أنه لم يكن نظيفًا بالشكل المطلوب؛ فبعد استخدامه أصيب زوجي بحبوب في العين، بينما ظهرت على ابنتي حساسية وطفح جلدي.

لم يتم توفير قوارير مياه مغلقة، وإنما كان هناك دورق كبير يُعاد تعبئته من صنبور. أما الإفطار، فكانت خياراته محدودة جدًا للمسلمين.

موقع المنتجع بعيد عن جميع الخدمات، فلا توجد سوبرماركت أو مطاعم قريبة، ويستلزم التنقل باستخدام سيارة. كما أن غسل أواني المطبخ برسوم إضافية، وحتى مناشف المسبح العام كانت محددة بعدد معين من خلال بطاقات يتم استبدالها، وهو أمر غير مريح.

وأخيرًا، خدمة النقل إلى المطار ليست مرنة، وإنما تعمل وفق جدول زمني محدد فقط، مما قد لا يناسب مواعيد جميع الرحلات
