Wir waren absolut begeistert vom Hotel und dem Restaurant, wobei das alles noch weit von der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft übertroffen worden ist, die der Restaurantmanager und sein Team nach unserer Nacht am 23.4. gezeigt haben, denn wir hatten eine Reifenpanne beim Motorrad und nachdem zuerst die Dame von der Rezeption Hilfe angeboten hat, kam dann der Restaurantmanager mit einem Mitarbeiter.

Einfach unglaublich, wie er sich um uns und unser Motorrad gekümmert hat, obwohl wir über den ÖAMTC bereits einen Pannendienst kontaktiert hatten!

Er hat selbst zuerst versucht, das Problem zu lösen, hat noch den Chef vom Museum dazu geholt, der dann extra ein Ventil von zu Hause geholt hat und nachdem es leider doch nicht nur das Ventil gewesen ist, hat er sogar noch einen Motorradanhänger organsiert und uns selbst - trotz vollem Betrieb - zur nächsten Reifenwerkstatt gebracht!

Unseren Urlaub bzw die weitere Fahrt in Richtung Süden konnten wir dann zu Mittag schon wieder fortsetzen und wir sind noch immer ganz sprachlos, wie hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich sich der Manager, der Chef des Museums und das Team vom Grof um uns gekümmert haben.

Allein dafür hätte das Grof und sein Team schon mehr als 10 Punkte verdient! Dabei hätten wir schon ohne dieses Erlebnis allein für das Hotel und das Restaurant die höchste Punktezahl vergeben.

Nochmals vielen Dank für die unglaubliche Unterstützung und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächten Besuch und Aufenthalt im Grof!

The hotel was excellent. The location is right next to the highway, but it is very quiet and comfortable for a good rest. Even though we arrived late at night, the reception staff were extremely kind and helpful.
The room for three people was more than spacious, the bathroom was very large, and everything was modern, clean, and comfortable.
What impressed us the most was the breakfast — better than in most 5-star hotels. There wasn’t an overwhelming amount of choice, but more than enough, and everything was incredibly tasty. We especially loved the warm bread rolls for the children, fresh orange juice, cappuccino prepared by the bartender instead of a machine, and the fried eggs, which were a real highlight.
We can’t wait to come back and will gladly stop by again whenever we are passing through.
