Pros:

A very good hotel for transit.

Cons:

The only downside, a show stopper one, is the industrial level noise made by cleaning employees right after breakfast time, around 8 am although the checkout time is at 10 or 11 am.
Additionally, serving breakfast right at the beginning of the service time, when employees have a coffee before shift, it might be tricky without a headset due to club noise levels in the serving area.
For the current price levels, it is expected a more polite attitude towards guests.
