Pros:

Zimmer. Lage war für eine Feier ideal. Direkt am Bahnhof und eine Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Zentrum nebenan.

Cons:

Lärm nachts im Hof. Ständig wurde ein LKW gereinigt oder etwas entladen. Starker Zigarettenqualm jede Nacht durchs Fenster ins ganze Zimmer. TV war selbst für einfaches streamen aus der Mediathek nicht zu gebrauchen. Streams haben nicht geladen. Frühstück simpel, meist zu wenig von allem da. Für den hohen Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet insgesamt.

Die Lage ist top.

Cons:

Insgesamt war das Zimmer extrem dreckig und staubig. Auch der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber.
Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden.
Das Frühstück war dauerhaft leer, kalt und das Essen war nicht frisch.
In der Bar war selten eine Bedienung. Alles in allem war der Service eher unmotiviert.

Pros:

Close to the station and a shopping centre. Room was clean and had a kitchenette.

Cons:

We had a room facing the afternoon sun and were there during a heatwave so it was extremely hot in our room. We asked for a fan and were given one very small noisy one. The double bed was against a wall so hard to get out of.

Ich bin das zweite Mal hier gewesen innerhalb von 3 Monaten - 40€ teurer und Zimmer Hälfte groß . Kein Klima oder Ventil und kein Shampoo in der Dusche . Sehr enttäuscht vom 2. Besuch

Bien equipado y bien ubicado.
Pros:

El apartamento está bien equipado y muy bien situado con línea directa tanto de metro como de tren con la "Hauptbahnhof" de Hamburgo.
Tiene un centro comercial al lado con todo lo que puedas necesitar.
Las camas son cómodas y el personal de recepción amable. Además, en la recepción-restaurante tiene juegos de mesa y una Nintendo para los niños.

Cosy and spacious Amazing Location
Pros:

The hotel is really nice. Rooms are cosy, location is perfect. The bathroom is really big and nice. The decor of the hotel is very interesting as it is a probably a heritage building. The staff is friendly and warm. The room has a small kitchenette with stove and essential utensils. Very useful if you want to cook for yourself. Coffee supplies are good quality. Sorry for the earlier botch up. I mixed up my hotels. So editing and reuploading.

Cons:

I am generally ok with automatic checkin and all. But I saw a few guests really struggling with this system.

Lage zum Bahnhof Hamburg Harburg, Aufteilung des Zimmers

Cons:

Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ stark zu wünschen übrig. Stark staubig und fehlende Grundreinigung.
Gebucht für 4 Personen, aber nur zwei Sets Handtücher vorhanden. Kaum Toilettenpapier.

Sky Lounge sollte freitags bis 23 Uhr geöffnet haben. Um 22:10 Uhr wurde der Getränkekühlschrank abgeschaltet. Um 22:30 Uhr wurde das Licht abgeschaltet und die Türen geschlossen. In der Dunkelheit wurde man raus geschmissen.
