Super Lage und Ausstattung, gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Apartments ganz oben sind sehr ruhig und Mega Aussicht

Cons:

Es war nicht sehr sauber (Türe dreckig), Boden im Bad (es muss zwischen den Kacheln gereinigt werden da es echt dunkel ist), Fingerabdrücke an allen schwarzen Oberflächen

Praktisch, Pragmatisch und nichts für länger.
Pros:

Die Lage & das industrielle Konzept sind sehr gut. Die Appartements - wir hatten 35qm mit separatem Schlafzimmer - sind gut geschnitten.

Funktioniert der Self-Checkin doch nicht, helfen die Mitarbeiter im Foyer / Lounge schnell und unkompliziert weiter.

Die Sauberkeit.

Leider war ein Check-In nicht um 15:00 Uhr möglich aufgrund der Reinigung. Als wir um 17:00 Uhr reinkamen, roch es sehr streng nach Schweiß. Auf den Betten lagen viele Haare und der Tisch klebte. Beim genauen Hinsehen auf den Bettlaken des Schlafsofas waren unappetitliche Flecken zu sehen. Wir nutzten es als Kofferablage.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gute Lage, mit kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen.
Pros:

Eine Matratze, eine Decke, großer Föhn, Kühlschrank, ruhiges Zimmer weit oben, vieles digital, aber trotzdem freundliches Personal verfügbar nach Bedarf, gute Lage, Fenster teilweise auch zum komplett öffnen!

Cons:

Es könnte hier und da etwas sauberer sein, der TV war in die Ecke gequetscht. Mehr Ablageflächen im Bad wünschenswert und der Handtuchhaken müsste höher sein, die Dusche war recht klein.

Cooles Gebäude, leider nicht sehr wertig eingerichtet und laut. Personal unfreundlich.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr praktisch gelegen, direkt am Bahnhof Harburg und in direkter Näher der Harburger Innenstadt. Das alte Industriegebäude wurde wirklich hübsch renoviert und man kann sogar mit einem Paternoster fahren. Der Check-In über die Automaten im EG funktioniert einwandfrei.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer nicht sonderlich sauber und das Bett war extrem durchgelegen und unbequem, es hat beim Umdrehen immer laute Qietschtöne von sich gegeben. Außerdem war es im Zimmer dauerhaft laut, vermutlich aufgrund der noch in Betrieb befindlichen Industrieanlage nebenan. Diese hat 24/7 ein laut dröhnendes Geräusch ausgestrahlt. Da ich allerdings bei Buchung ein ruhiges Zimmer auswählen konnte, bin ich davon ausgegangen, dass es ruhiger ist.
Das Personal schien mir genervt, wenn ich etwas zu fragen hatte oder von der Bar bestellen wollte. Leider keine schöne Erfahrung.

Pros:

Gegenüber des Harburger Hauptbahnhofes, wenige Meter der s-Bahn entfernt. Phoenix-Center sowie Bäcker, Edeka/Aldi/Rewe Fußläufig innerhalb 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Harburger Park ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Türen sehr schwer.
