Convenient to station, but expensive.
Pros:

Right across street from train station which is what we needed. Clean and modern.

Cons:

Not in a good area. Kitchen not open and bar limited. Stairs inside apartment SO loud when used it woke my friends up in middle of night when I used them. Apt looked nice, but tvs only in bedrooms and not in small living area. Beds against wall on one persons side and no plugs next to bed.

Pros:

The position of the facility is perfect if you want to reach Hamburg downtown without necessarily being there all the time: 10-15 minutes with S-Bahn or Regional Train leaving Harburg main station all the time, 24/7. The apartments are pleasant , well equipped and beds comfortable. I requested late check out which was granted.

Cons:

I love this hotel, have been here several times, but this time I must mention the fact that cleaning must be improved: bath had mildew in the shower and on the floor were traces of toilet paper. The burners in the kitchen were greasy. When I tried to reach the hotel through booking.com the answering was random (ones out of three times)

Für die Kürze des Aufenthalts war es okay.
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war doch sehr hellhörig. Man kann den Gesprächen in den direkt angrenzenden Zimmern folgen (ohne das Ohr an die Wand zu drücken).

Pros:

Kleine, funktionale Zimmer in einem interessanten, großen Gebäude, direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof Harburg, am Rande der Innenstadt. Nicht abgenutzt, nettes Personal, reibungsloser Ablauf, Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was man auch für einen etwas längeren Aufenthalt braucht (zB kleine Mini-Küchenzeile). Durchaus zu empfehlen!

Es ging mal besser…
Pros:

Die Lage zum Bahnhof und zum Einkaufscenter ist unschlagbar. Gutes, leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider hat niemand online auf meine Beschwerde oder auch Reparaturanfrage reagiert. Und das ist absolut nicht machbar.
Ich habe mich über die Bettgrösse beschwert, da diese nicht der 140cm entsprochen haben, über fehlende Vorhänge am Küchenfenster, da wir dadurch das Zimmer nicht verdunkeln konnten.
In der Dusche waren alle Fugen komplett verschimmelt und im Zimmer gab es überall Staub und auch einige Spinnweben an der Wand wie auch Decke, darüber habe ich mich nicht beschwert, aber sollte mal gesagt sein, wie auch, dass das Zimmer 301 absolut nicht leise ist. Man hört bei diesem direkt im Hauptflur gelegenen Zimmer alles und jeden.
Hätte man auf die Beschwerde direkt reagiert wäre es netter gewesen, also bei uns war es das letzt mal.

Schöner Aufenthalt, kleine Zimmer aber gut ausgestattet mit allen Dingen die man braucht, Sauberkeit war zufriedenstelle
Pros:

War sauber, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, U- Bahn Station direkt gegenüber, Paternosteraufzug bleibt in Erinnerung, ziemlich selten und interessant

Cons:

Nur eine Decke für zwei Personen, auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption haben wir aber direkt eine zweite erhalten
