Good Hotel, Good Location
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the firepits were very relaxing, the laundry facilities were clean and reasonably priced, the staff were friendly and they had coffee all day. The room was big, and the beds were comfortable. Location.

Nice stay
Pros:

Overall it was a positive experience. I loved the appearance of the external area, the pool, the little fireplaces outside, it is well kept. The staff is friendly in general. I loved the fried chicken I order by the pool (I guess is obvious, but just to make sure, is not included in the price) and the location is perfect to go to Disney World. 15 minutes of most parks. It has a Target, a Walgreens, also a Five Guys and other restaurants right across the street. From Universal Parks is not that close (30 or 40 minutes if you are trying to avoid the tolls), but manageable.

Cons:

The worst things for me were that the venting in the bathroom and in the room are too noise and that the shower is definitely not strong enough. Also, not a big fan of the breakfast but I would probably not like most American breakfasts as well. Too much sugar (the bagels, and the toppings of the waffles for instance), not enough egg options - like fried eggs - or spreads to accompany the bread.
The communication with the staff (that changed significantly) could be a little enhanced - for instance, we asked for another bath mat since the first one was removed in one of the housekeeping days with no replacement and it was said by one employee that it would be delivered. It was not and in the next day we found out, with another employee, that you could just take one from the reception... so, it is just little things that affected the communication, you know?

These not so good things would not prevent me of staying in the hotel again though. Appreciated the stay, thank you.

Surprised fees lead to a bad start

The surprise parking fee was a horrible way to start the booking…the ac is right by the feet of the bed…the same breakfast 3 days in a row…not enough handicap parking spaces…they hand you a sheet to read all the fine print…not giving you new towels everyday is horrible it’s Florida and it’s humid

It was a beautiful weekend getaway to visit universal, while enjoying Mickey waffles.

I always love this location, it’s near the amusement parks and has Mickey waffles.
