Piste yürüme mesafesinde olması avantaj. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Yemekten pek memnun kalmadık. Hizmet ve temizlik memnuniyet vericiydi. Yeniden kalmak isteriz

Great location , friendly helpful staff, wonderful buffet food.
Loved our stay here.
Right near the main slopes with a free shuttle bus to the ski lift every 15 minutes.
Buffet breakfast and dinner included , lots of variety and good tasty food.
Free Turkish bath downstairs , can pay and get the full treatment including massages which is great for skiing so take swimmers to wear in the Turkish bath if you plan it use it .
The showers and the Turkish bath area do need a really good clean however which was a bit disappointing .
Ask for a room on the back side as the road is busy on the front rooms.

Hotel genel olarak yetersiz ve kötü temizlik siz talepte bulunmadığınız sürece yapılmıyor banyo ve olanaklar yok (şampuan,duş jeli vs) yemekler yetersiz çay bile paralı onun dışında danışma ve yönetim ekibi çok ukala, hiçbir şekilde ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayamıyorlar hoşgörü ve nezaket sıfır, müşteri memnuniyeti adına hiçbirşey yok çok kötü bir 3 günlük kar tatili deneyimi yaşadık kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Yataklar çok rahatsız , 3 gece kaldık oda temizliği hiç yapilmadi , su sıkıntısı vardi , yemeklerde zeytinyağli mezeler haricinde iyi değildi , sadece otel konumu iyiydi

The front desk gentleman was very helpful (long hair with ponytail). The fact that he could speak really good english helped.

The breakfast was very basic, but the dinner was absolutely divine.

Çok vasat bir otel, hizmet amatör, biz Ağustos ayında kaldık belki mevsim dışı olduğundandır. Odada 1 adet nerdeyse %80 i kullanılmış bir adet tuvalet kağıdı vardı. Resepsiyon bize 15 dakika içinde 1 adet tuvalet kağıdı bulabildi. Belliki hijyene önem vermiyorlar.
Sabah arayıp rezervasyonumu teyit ettiğim halde, akşam gittiğimizde resepsiyondaki çocuk geldiğimize şaşırmış gibiydi

This place is ideal for all nature lovers because it is in an ideal location... Right next to the road... It is easy to find, and the friendly staff of the hotel will ensure a pleasant stay. Ibrahim is at your service. The hotel is filled with warm interior and local specialties. In the immediate vicinity of the ski resort and local shops...

Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

There was basically no welcome or attention from the front of house staff. The breakfast and lunch was terrible.
There was also leak from the bath that flooded the bathroom after showering.

Танер - профессионал, супер ответственный человек, позаботился о нашем комфорте. Также, организовал сервис - за нами всегда приезжала машина, забирала с горки, из отеля и привозила обратно. Седат - парень на рецепции, говорит по-русски/англ, приветливый, всегда готов помочь. Девушки балийки, Адель, Луни, Улан, делают хороший массаж. После горки, мягкая сауна и массаж - то что нужно. Благодарим за релакс!

Our first experience with Lavanda Luxury spa & beauty was at Erciyes Hill Hotel. The spa manager Taner arranged everything for us, including a shuttle -we were picked up from our hotel and were drove back. He is a super responsible and professional person. Thanks to him, we didn’t worry about anything. The receptionist, Sedat, speaks Russian/English, he’s friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the massage by Adel, Luni, Ulan. After skiing, a sauna and a relaxing massage is right what you need!

Otel genel olarak iyi. Kayak merkezine yakın olan ve fiyat olarak iyi olan bir otel. Temizlik çok iyi değil. Sabah kahvaltıdı idare eder ama akşam yemekleri lezzetliydi. Sabah kalktığımızda otoparkta arabamızın üstündeki karların temizlenmesi çok güzel bir hizmet. Otelde çalışanlar genel olarak gayet sıcak davranıyor. Otelin içi aşırı sıcak bir yandan güzel bir yandan çok bunaltıcı olabiliyor.

Hizmet ve yemekler güzel, otopark ve piste ulaşım cok rahat.

Пожалуй, лучший отель по соотношению цена/качество в данный период в регионе катания Эрджияс - особенно, в условиях Ковидных ограничений. Отель налаживает сотрудничество с турфирмами Украины и РФ - индивидуальные путешественники в меньшинстве (в настоящий момент). Был бы еще снег в зоне катания - было бы вообще на 5 с плюсом.

I enjoyed staying at this well located hotel mid-week. The staff took the Covid-19 protocol seriously and with professionalism. It was wonderful to wake up and to be across the street from the ski slopes. It had the feeling of the older ski lodges in the American west. Simple with hot showers and hearty food. I took advantage of the area behind the hotel for walks in the early evening. The food service staff was efficient and kind. I enjoyed their generous dinner service that was included in the room rental price. There were always enough options for meat or vegetarian options, and many cold salads, and a table of deserts.

It was great to take ski lessons and then return to a nice warm meal right across the street. I took advantage of the spa that is located on property, enjoying a massage and Turkish Hammam experience. Hotel management and front desk employees were always happy to help with organizing transportation.

I did not realize that they had a free ski shuttle to take you to the different slopes (another ski location opened during my stay.) This free transportation allows you to rent your equipment right at the hotel, making for an even more comfortable experience.
