Desayuno nefasto y demasiado caro para lo que ofrece

La habitación grande y luminosa

Cons:

El desayuno es de 8:30 a 11, pero si ibas a desayunar a las 8/30 no habían puesto apenas nada aún, ni café ni leche ni huevos ni nada.
Los dos días que desayunamos nos fuimos del desayuno a las 9 sin poder tomar ni tan siquiera café por qué no lo habían montado aún. El desayuno es un desastre. Como cosa curiosa, no le ponen sábana a la cama, tan solo la bañera y una colcha. Lo dijimos en Recepción y me pusieron un edredón en lugar de una sábana. Muy raro

Pros:

Beach set up 10/10, very beautiful and beautiful pool too. Cleaness of the room : 8/10.

Restaurants/bar :

The restaurant is very limited.
Menu only in Turkish.
The food is just okay.
There is no cocktail card.
We ordered a glass of red wine but tasted like it was an old wine in the fridge that stayed there for a week…
Service is given by one person, who seems working a lot.. but he is very kind.

The bar near the is not really a bar.

Room :

The safe isn’t fixed in the room.

The water in the room is on and off for hot water.

Also, if you consider to rent and economy room, take notes that the rooms are under the terrace of the restaurant. You will heard people walking. The room aren’t sound proof neither.

Clearly not a 5 stars hotel. The property of somes installation isn’t good. Also, you’ll need your cellphone to traduce because it’s not all the staff that speaks English.

This is very damage because the hotel have a lot of potentiel. The gardens and location are very beautiful.

superb hotel, quiet, reserved , great facilities , needs staff training.
Pros:

amazing design of hotel, beautiful views, access to the sea, regular dolmus to kas, quiet. interior decor subjective.ie bed looked fantastic very large mattress on a massive wooden platform ( unfortunately sqeeeked if you rolled over and banged your legs as you got out.) double bed sized mirror hanging from the ceiling gave you the impression of a raised room height and accentuated the fabulous view down the peninsular. Special mention to the cleaners who were fantastic room spotless

Cons:

the hotel needs better mangement, lots of staff but no organisation of them. Because kas village is so nice the hotel lacks atmosphere and is empty in the evening, such a shame as the food is very good. The cat is a nuisance, scratched my wifes leg, the hotel dog is lovely and followed us up to the dolmus every night

We didn’t have towels for a day as they were in the laundry ( wasn’t very 5 star ) , also they didn’t have people to take our bags to the reception . And were rude on the phone when we asked for help .

Pros:

Lovely welcoming staff who were extremely helpful at all time. Spacious rooms with lovely views in a quiet location. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Perhaps a little expensive.
