Pros:

The staff are very friendly and the service was excellent. Good location which is close to the beach and they have restaurant close to the hotel with good service as well.

Pros:

A great hotel away from the night life of the beach. Friendly staff but not the best hotel.

Cleanliness definitely isn’t a top priority here. I stayed for 3 nights and had the same sheets and 1 small blanket for two people. The water would not work half the time, thankfully they did provide a bucket and ladle. You’re required to give the receptionist the key, which I thought would be for cleaning purposes, thus after the first 2 nights my guest and I learned there would be no cleaning at all.

Though I have no plans to revisit Puerto Galera, I do hope the hotel learns to clean the hotel frequently.

It was great stay and very clean!
Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The girl in the check in counter ( forgot her name) she’s very nice and she worked hard for long hours, she deserve a raise!

Cons:

The breakfast was so tiny!
