Clean, comfortable and a great location. Well equipped for families.
Pros:

The room was well equipped and setup for our family. Easy to find and great location near train station and shops. We have stayed at Minn hotels before and have been very happy with facilities and service.

Cons:

Customer service - I needed assistance with booking a tour to Mt Fuji and when I contacted the virtual agent (no staff were around to discuss) I was disappointed that they weren't interested in helping me. They didn't offer for me to search other ways or make suggestions on who I could use. Staff were absent from the property most of our 3 day stay.

室内が清潔で、備品が揃っていて過ごしやすかったです。また、駅、コンビニが近くて便利でした。

Cons:

室内に歯ブラシがありませんでした。フロントで別料金で購入でしますが。ホームページ等で確認できたのかもしれませんが、準備していなかったので購入しました。

It is located near the subway station and offers smooth check-in/out.

Issues included an unpleasant odor, insufficient cleaning, and uncomfortable beds with insufficient pillows and not enough towels.

As a couple, we paid $1262 for a five-night stay, finding it expensive.
