Please, note that room cleaning takes place every second day of the stay, bed linen change once per week.

Bookings of 4 rooms or more are considered group bookings.

For group bookings, guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancelation in the 14 days before arrival, the guest pays 80% of the total price. If you do not arrive on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the value (no-show costs) of the services ordered. Booking changes are not possible within the cancelation period. 100% prepayment required.

Eine meiner besten Erfahrungen, die ich mit Unterkünften gemacht habe
Pros:

Zunächst einmal war die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft sehr einfach; Informationen wurden verständlich und zeitig bereitgestellt und Fragen in kurzer Zeit beantwortet. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen aus wunderbar zu erreichen und liegt in einem schönen Stadtteil. Ein Supermarkt sowie ein sehr guter Bäcker befinden sich gleich nebenan.

Der Selbst-Check In verlieb reibungslos und schnell; Tür Code und Schlüsselkarte haben einwandfrei funktioniert.

Mein Zimmer war gemütlich eingerichtet und es mangelte an nichts. Die fehlende Klimaanlage wurde durch einen Ventilator ersetzt, der das Zimmer schön kühl gehalten hat.

Die Inhaberin, die ich beim Aus-checken getroffen habe war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Auch der Schriftverkehr war sehr herzlich.

Ich kann die Unterkunft wärmsten empfehlen. Sie ist perfekt um in die Innenstadt zu kommen und ebenfalls perfekt für Stadium Besucher.

Good but challenging in some places

Cons:

German self service can be tedious, the entrance gate pin code thing took 8 attempts to open it as it always sent an error message after the third number. No aircon was bad considering the heat, I hadn't checked upon booking, had assumed every hotel offers air condition. Self service drinks are a good idea, but there is no explanation how to pay. We called the hotline as there is no staff present, but even the hotline wasn't answered

Perfektes Hotel in perfekter Lage.
Pros:

Ein ganz tolles kleines Hotel. Super saubere Zimmer, alles immer perfekt organisiert, ich bin jedes mal begeistert und werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in München, falls Verfügbar, auf jeden Fall wieder dort buchen.
Ich brauche keine persönliche Betreuung an einem Empfang, der Service in der Lobby mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Teeangebot ist einfach super.
