Buena ubicación, cerca del metro y de la estación de trenes. Muy silencioso. Posibilidad de dejar las maletas al hacer el checkout

Cons:

Habitación muy pequeña y muy mal iluminada. Aunque tiene personal, ellos no te hacen el chekin sino que lo tienes que hacer en una máquina.

Good stay overall but poor handling of an urgent situation left a bad impression.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good with a nice selection, and the hotel is in an excellent, central location close to train stations, bus stops, restaurants, and other amenities.

The room is quite compact, but the space is used very efficiently and it was clean and comfortable. The staff during my stay were lovely and helpful, which I appreciated.

Overall, it’s a great option for a short stay if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room and just need a quiet, comfortable place to sleep.

Cons:

In as much as I had no issues with my stay, after checking out in the morning I realised later that night, when I had arrived at my stay near Gatwick Airport around midnight, as I was going through my items in preparation for my 6:55am flight, that I had left important documents in the safe in my room. I immediately contacted the hotel but was told that nothing had been found/ handed in by housekeeping and that I must have misplaced them, which I was certain was not the case.

Due to the urgency, I went to the hotel and remained there while waiting for assistance. One member of staff did try her best to be helpful and was polite throughout, which I appreciated. I was initially advised that it might be possible to assist between 4:30am and 5:00am as it was against their policy to disturb the guest that was currently in the room, so I waited at the hotel during this time.

However, when I followed up, I was then informed that after speaking with management, access to the room would only be possible before 7:00am in the case of an emergency, and my situation was not considered one. This meant I was required to wait an additional two hours despite the urgency.

While I understand the need to respect guest privacy, the situation was handled poorly overall. There was inconsistent communication, and another member of staff was dismissive, raised her voice at me, and appeared unwilling to help, which I found unprofessional.

Even though my documents were found in the safe, Unfortunately, the delay meant that I missed my 6:55am flight and had to book a new one, causing significant stress .

Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Despite my initially pleasant stay, this experience has left a bad impression, and I do not feel confident that I would choose to stay here again. I strongly feel that the situation could and should have been handled much better.

Cons:

Room so small. I stayed at premier hubs and z hotel… but none as small and claustrophobic. The toilet and shower with glass window looking at a brick wall and a bar. We had heavy blind down whole time. Bed so hard could not sleep and too hot
