Confort e Relax
Pros:

Il letto a soppalco permette di sfruttare al meglio gli spazi disponibili. La doccia era grandissima. Il sapone e la crema in dotazione erano di ottima qualità. La colazione di vario tipo era deliziosa. L'hotel si trova vicino ad una stazione della metropolitana, quindi comodo per gli spostamenti.

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was compact, with almost everything you could want provided. Most importantly it was clean and well kept.

Cons:

I would have liked to have a cup of tea/coffee in my room when I woke in the early hours of the morning.

I arrived at the hotel at 11am from Johannesburg. At check-in they advised that my room was ready which was a relief but you can only get the room early at an additional charge.

Very quirky hotel room, had everything at the reach of a hand - particularly liked the option for a late checkout

Gran estadía en Londres
Pros:

Que gente más amable la del hotel, Franco y Step muy amorosos, No recuerdo el nombre de un pakistaní, sino estoy mal con la nacionalidad, que tambien trabajaba en recepción, super querido. De verdad que la calidad humana increible.

Cons:

Las habitaciones lo tienen todo, tiene las cosas que se necesitan, pero son DEMASIADO pequeñas. Las areas comunes son amplias y confortables.

Overall excellent hotel would stay again
Pros:

Very friendly staff, hotel was immaculate

Cons:

That I had no facility for coffee in my room, you had to go downstairs to the lobby, which wasn’t that bad but at 3am I didn’t want to do that

Ideal für einen Kurztrip in London
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet alles, was es für einen Kurztrip braucht. Früher Check-in, freundliches Personal, gute Ausgangslage für Sightseeing, normales Frühstück, Snacks für zwischendurch und klimatisierte Zimmer.

Wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in London dieses Hotel wieder in Erwägung ziehen.

Cons:

In der letzten Nacht haben uns Geräusche (vermutlich ein Feuermelder in einem leeren Zimmer und eine Stromversorgungsanlage unter unserem Zimmer) den Schlaf geraubt.
