Poor and have stayed numerous other times on business
Cons:

The fan continually blew even when turned off staff said it needed to stay on as no windows 😂rubbish

Buen hotel reformado y moderno muy bien ubicado con el metro y tren cerca para ir al centro o al aeropuerto de Gatwich. Zona de desayuno y bar muy agradable
Desayuno un poco justo en embutido, fruta y dulces pero bien en plato caliente como desayuno escoces (huevos revueltos, salchicha, verdura, alubias)
Habitacion como todas en Londres muy muy pequeña.
Recomendable para ver Londres 2 o 3 noches

Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable and was well-equipped. I would say it’s a fair price for the location.

Cons:

I would say that you’d have to be very comfortable with the person you were sharing a room with as the en-suite doesn’t provide a lot of privacy. Other than that, I’d say the only thing missing was the ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room.

Pros:

Die ruhige Lage und die Verkehrsanbindung waren sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und in der Konzeption durchdacht. Ein gutes Bett. Weil die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, wurden wir sofort und ohne Probleme in ein anderes Zimmer umgebucht. Perfekt für einen Stadttrip.

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert.

Honestly the best hotel I’ve been in London (I’ve been like 6 times)
Pros:

We really like the staff, the position of the hotel, the clean room. I would return here and I really recommend it.

Cons:

Two things could be improved. We were in a 3 persons room, and the single bed above didn’t have any night light (eg if the person wants to read). And the bathroom did not have the toilet brush.

Le petit déjeuner au top et très varié. Très bon.

L’intimité dans la chambre triple. La douche et les WC directement dans la chambre niveau intimité était vraiment limite.

Highly recommend for shorter stays
Pros:

Very nice staff, great location and very well connected transportation around the area. Very clean, with lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Great value for money.

Cons:

The toilets being part of the room were separated by glass doors and having limited privacy as I was traveling with a friend. But it was a very minor inconvenience.
