Love this hotel

Clean, friendly staff, close to many great restaurants. Rooms were cozy and quiet.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and nice.

Jordan and Ray were awesome. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean beds were comfortable. Stayed 2 nights for business. Would like to stay there again. Good location to great restaurants. Very cool view from my room.

Property staff is great first room wasn’t entirely clean but that immediately switched us out. TVs didn’t have much channel access so I recommend streaming

Property was nice, clean and staff friendly. Location was amazing. Everything was under 10 minutes away from shopping to eating to gas

Tub was clogged. Having a parking fee per day is also something that needs to be considered.
But overall, rooms were neat and spacious. Hotel was near the areas we had to be in so that was convenient.

I had a wonderful short stay for leisure at this Courtyard hotel. Perla and Derek were incredibly kind and made my experience even better with their friendly and attentive service. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. The location is perfect, making it one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Houston. I’m definitely coming back for the excellent service and convenient location!

I love this place great location… would like to do a special mention to Derek at the front desk, he’s very helpful and helps you quick! Needed help to print some Documents and helped me a lot and printed them for me. He’s very hardworking and great at his Job. I think he deserves a raise!

New, easy, comfortable and clean

The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel was very nice and had beautiful outdoor areas. We didn’t get to enjoy them because we didn’t spend much time at the hotel. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the shelf in the shower had leftover shaving hairs on it. I simply wiped it off because I travel with disinfectant wipes and Lysol. I would definitely stay again

I chose this hotel because it was new, however I was disappointed that it shares the same problem with all other hotels on I-10, terrible noise from the highway. I particularly requested a room away from the highway and was given 304 (low numbers are closer to I10). For some reason my request was ignored.
The only bright spot was Regina at the bistro, she was super kind and funny!

The room was clean with no odors. The bathroom was immaculate. The staff was friendly and prompt when a request was made. The air conditioner worked.

I travel a lot and I point out these things out because these are typical issues I run into.

This place was great.

First of all the accommodations are superb and beyond my expectations! This is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in in any hotel, plus the room is modern and well decorated. Everything you could need is here, the Market Store had an extensive selection. Last but not least the desk associate Derek has been beyond delightful, he is kind compassionate and attentive to the guest. Give him a raise like yesterday!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights over Thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately, it was not a good choice. The hotel looked brand new and well designed in a generic way. We knew that location was by the freeway in a sea of parking lots and big box stores, so we asked for a room on the far side from the freeway. We could still hear the noise, but it was okay. The main issue for us was the quality of the mattresses. They were not very supportive and probably in need of replacement. I didn’t sleep well and woke up with a sore neck. The breakfast was better than I expected. It was not free though. The staff at the cafe were friendly and helpful, but it did not look like they had enough training. All in all, this hotel might be okay for an overnight stopover, but I will look for something better next time, both in terms of the neighborhood and quality.
