Really good hotel at a really good price
Pros:

The place is clean and very well equipped with basic necessities, room was really clean and the AC works really good, the beds are comfortable even the TV has good channels. The pool is a great place to hangout and relax after a day at the beach. There is a restaurant in front of this hotel that serves really good food and a really good price. Overall I would come back to this hotel

The curtains needs blackout curtains for people that like to sleep in a little longer

Muy mal trato por parte de las personas de recepción y de limpieza! Jamás me volvería a hospedar ahí tengan cuidado no se dejen llevar por el precio!! Prácticamente te prohiben todo no puedes ni respirar porque se enojan! No hay buen internet todo muy mal

La comodidad de la habitación, que hubiera dos camas, porque con el calor de Huatulco, es bueno tener una cama para cada quien

There is no room cleaning during 3 nights. Very inconvenient, and there is no store and it cost 5 dollar by taxi to go to super market. Staffs do not speak English

Pros:

I travel with my 97 year old dad and special needs adult sister. Being safe, cleanliness and taken care of are priorities of mine. All that and more is what we experienced at this hotel. I would not recommend following the directions on Maps. There was a much easier way to get there and i am glad the guy at Alamo suggested a better route. Super easy to find it. The staff, location and safety were perfect. Very peaceful! I plan on extending our stay here by a couple more days.
