Not the room you rent, not the room they choose
Pros:

The room given to me was Not the room Im promised. Instead, I was given -1 floor which was not even close with the pics. And, no refund, no room change, no apology, nothing. They just said "we give rooms according to how many people will stay" so even if you choose, it will not be definite at all. Cant load images. If I could, you would see too

Pros:

There was problems with the water heater, i get back everyday at night and i cant find hot water to shower.. they did not find a permanent solution, they changed my room in the last night of my 8 days unfortunate reservation.. Also the odor in the bathroom stinks and awfull! Humidity everywhere! Molds everywhere.. shower door damaged water become in all the bathroom floor.. worst hotel ever!!
The only good thing in the hotel was only one receptionist which is naim, the other kid was not helpful

Pros:

Hotel smelt of smoke despite being listed as a "smoke free" property and mould. Not clean, shower had a leak, after just a couple of hours my clothing smelt like smoke. Reception did not seem to care and received 0 support from Expedia staff. Do NOT recommend this hotel.
