Expectations were high. Unfortunately they ended up being low.
Pros:

The location. The bed was very comfortable. And clean.
Housekeeping were brilliant. Front of house were very polite and curtious.. Thank you..

1. We booked 4 nights at this hotel on the condition there was a full buffet breakfast. Unfortunately for three of those days there was no buffet breakfast it was a fixed limited breakfast menu. Without all the trimmings. And the quality of the food on those three days was quiet poor.. To the point where we went out to find a decent breakfast. But on the last day there was a full buffet breakfast because the hotel were accommodating and group of people on a conference..
My point is. It's a 4 star hotel serving a, 1 star breakfast of a fixed menu and we are still bring charged for a full buffet breakfast... Very disappointed......
Cons.
2. The swimming pool looks absolutely stunning at first sight. Along with the two jacuzzi baths. But on close inspection the swimming pool had green algae along the bottom of the pool where the floor joins the walls.. 🙁
The jacuzzi had mold around the tops of each bath. This was present on three separate occasions. Which made me feel there was a lack of general housekeeping to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.... There were no members of staff present.. The icecream stand remained locked on are three vists to the pool.
It felt like a ghost town...
There are floor surface lights around and leading to the pool. Which are far to high above the tiled floor and could potentially be a trip hazard 😯
We had to ask for the jacuzzi to be switched on. And at one point the hotel turned it off even though we were sitting and useing the pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately due to the green algae in the swimming pool we did not actually swim but just paddled.
The main hotel area along with the lifts had no air con. As one felt they were trying to save electric... Which is all good and well but when you have paying for a 4 star hotel you woukd expect to at least have a comfortable environment to walk around in. I must admit I do feel sorry for the staff haveing to work in those hot sticky conditions..

It was pleasant.
Pros:

The food was very good and staffs were very courteous at the restaurant and reasonable price. Front desk staffs and bell boys were very helpful

Cons:

The spa/massage. I did not go but my wife did and this is what she told me:
There were cameras in the ladies changing room. Very noisy (staffs and customers speak loudly). Not relaxing at all. Male/female staffs and other male/female customers peeping in during massage session.

Cons:

Nhà mình đi 4 người, con mình thích nằm ở sofa xin thêm 1 chăn đắp mà nhân viên bảo hết chăn và không hỗ trợ cho mình, và thái độ rất thờ ơ!!!
